Each group will have 5 minutes maximum to make their case for or against conscription. All the other groups should be taking notes to prepare a rebuttal. Rebuttals will be a maximum of 1 minute long. After the rebuttals the group has 2 minutes to counter the rebuttals.

For every accurate point presented in the Debate your group receives 1 point. Team with the most points wins.
