Further resolved that the proposal be implemented by Mahavir International in association with the NSS programme of the M. S. University of Baroda and a Memorandum of Understanding be signed between NSS programme and Mahavir International in this regard after approval of the MoU Committee. The Vice Chancellor is authorized to identify and allocate suitable premises for the above activity initially for a period of six months.

1. No advertisement \ hoardings \ boardings of any kind and in any form \ manner shall

be allowed on University ground except banner of the organizer.

2. The event shall absolutely be a non profit making activity.

3. University shall not be responsible for any civil \ criminal liability \ matter \ case \ dispute arising out of this event \ function.

4. Any damage to any property of the University in any form \ manner shall have to be repaired \ replaced by the organizer at his own cost.

5. The Organizer shall arrange this event at his own risk and cost.

6. The organizer shall deposit Rs. 1.00 lacs towards Security Deposit with the University, which shall be refunded after the completion of the event and NOC from the competent authority of the University.

7. The organizer shall give 25 % concession on the entry pass to garba for M.S. University students on valid I card with free entry for girls students.

8. The University may accept part donation from the organizer before starting of this event provided it is not less then Rs. 2.00 lacs. The donation shall go towards the general Development fund of the University.

9. The organizer shall follow all the rules and regulations of the land and shall be responsible to obtain all required permissions from Government \ semi Government bodies for organizing this event.

10.The organizer shall be non profit making body.

11.The organizer shall be solely responsible for the safety and security of the event and University property around the ground offered by the University on as is where is basis.

12.The organizer shall not claim any amount from the University for the expenditure incurred on the ground for making it fit for organizing this event.

13.The University shall not be responsible for any damage caused to third party through this event.

14.The organizer shall display hoardings of different academic, cultural and sports activities of the University.

15.The University continues to own the possession of the ground under question during the function and the organizer does not have any right of any kind merely by using this ground temporarily.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, I am to inform you that the matter was placed before the Syndicate at its meeting held on 31-12-2009 and adjourned to 6-1-2010 vide item No:10 for consideration as under :

RESOLVED that the guest charges for University students in the Halls of Residence be increased from Rs.10/- per day to Rs. 30/- per day. Resolved further that such University students be restricted to stay upto a maximum of 30 days in an academic year.



Further, resolved that the guest charges for other than University students be increased from Rs.25/- per day to Rs. 50/- per day. However stay in this category of persons be restricted to a maximum of 15 days in an academic year.

The renewal for genuine cases may be considered by the Pro-Vice-Chancellor.

You are therefore, requested to take necessary action in the matter as per the resolution of the Syndicate. “

2008 has appointed M/s. Shrimankar Gas Car Services Pvt. Ltd for the

installation of CNG Kit in Petrol Operating vehicles



In telephonic conversation with the agency i.e. M/s. Shrimankar-Fuel

Technology Pvt.Ltd, Ahmedabad , he has requested to send one car at

Ahmedabad on 27-7-2009 for THREE DAYS for installing CNG Kit. Further

after the inspection of CNG Kit by approved agency of the Govt. the car will be

return to us.

We may therefore send one by one University Petrol Operating vehicles at

Ahmedabad for the installation of CNG kit to the agency.
