Change Default Font Instructions (Arial 12)

WORD (Windows)

1. Select Arial font and point size 12

2. Click on the small arrow (see below) or press CTRL D

3. Select Set As Default (bottom left)

4. EXCEL (Windows)

Select File (top left) and then Options

5. Under the General Tab select font and font size then press OK

6. Change Standard Font in Outlook (Arial 10pt)
