CEP

The SLT committee will focus on three goals for P.S. 30. These goals are Chronic absences among students, how to improve ELA exam score and how to improve Math exam scores.

New Standards

P.S. 30 will continue to use GO MATH for one more year. There are new state standards called next generation P.S. 30 will be working with this next year. Common Core will no longer be used in schools.

Graduation

Graduation went very well this year.

Placement for next year

P.S. 30 will not take any request from parents on where their child should be placed next year.

Open Agenda

Mr. Ihne thanked everyone on the SLT committee for all their work this year. Mr. Ihne said goodbye to Ms. Agandouch, Ms. O’Connell and Ms. Ortega who will not be returning to SLT next year.
