Universitas Year, 1980 and 1981 started the tradition of each year a correlation of 7 seven themes of Universitas Week, which are The Philosophy of the Science of Wholeness, then 4 themes for each of the 4 institutes of comparative research study by the Science of Wholeness Integrity Faculty of Com-parative Research Study, then sixth theme is to build the capital city of the world as a global univer -sity and cultural meeting point for the fulfillment of world civilization and seventh and last theme is Celebration of Integrity, the celebration and fulfillment of pure integrated growth as well as theoreti-cally, fulfillment of science. This year research and development focus is theme 1 and theme 4 and is the theme of research and development of the year focuses on the synthesizing institute of com-parative research study while the 7 year period is dedicated to the analyzing institute of comparative research study represented by the theme of philosophy in the name of the year. If the synthesizing institute was the theme of the 7 year period, then universities would have been the theme, the estab-lished and probably new ones, as Universitas from Latin means turned into one whole, the function -ing of synthesizing knowledge. The analyzing principle is mostly related to existing schools focus-ing on the disciplines of knowledge by specialization, knowing more and more about les and less. While the entire enterprise has a role of unification and less and less, or smaller or smaller areas of knowledge only is interesting from the point of view of relevance or how it relates to knowledge pyramids, the least one needs to know to be on top of a problem, we present the other side of the coin, as analyzes and synthesizing is as two sides of the same coin. Building knowledge pyramids would also be a theme if the synthesizing institute was main focus. The role of the 2 institutes is in -terdependent, the one can not exist without the first, but as the science of wholeness promotes the

unity of science, not the specialization and focus of institutes of universities or schools in general, that is without a Science of Wholeness Faculty of Comparative >Research Study, the role of analy-ses related to synthesizing knowledge is natural focus, as the philosophy of the relationship is the focus.

Of course binding the different de-veloped aspects of the enterprise together to see the synergy effects of global integrity or how a little partici-pation from one and all real fast may build a healthier and cooler world and real wealth on all levels of world society without destroying the world, is most important aspect of the theme with a critical situation for world de-struction these days! The scientific principles of the phi-losophy may be developed to further verifies that it is universal, easy for one and all to participate in, with no second or bad interests, the cooperation is organized to be nothing but the universal values clearly defined and

easy for one and all to accept for their own participation in Our Common world Defense and campaigns!We shall be grateful to hear from one and all by our in-vitation to join the many programs of celebration and for those wanting to enjoy better celebrations wanting to enjoy them for free by working a little to assist others celebrations, there is a program, too! Even running it as a good and profitable business both paid by stocks of the climate fund and by free participation in own cele-bration assisted by others in The Celebration of In-tegrity Club, is possible. Those wanting to build wealth and or own house or home may enjoy opportunities and challenges as well!  It is interesting to develop the knowledge pyramids, the least one needs to know in or-der to be on top of a problem or challenger, as What one do need to know to be a citizen contra the years in school, What one need to know a minimum for any job, what one need to know to master physics on different levels with or without a calculator doing any mathemat-ics in any ways, What one need to know to master a language on different levels and with computer program adjusted to the students level of learning drilling the next level all the time, What one need to know to under-stand ones responsibility coming to Global damage or warming etc. Both language and mathematics must be most easily learned by computer programs adapted to the individual and it is a vast of children’s time to have them in a class where those not into the theme can not follow and those easily into it learns something new only every second hour. When we are establishing floating cities for families, elite schools and universities should be established for the families there or for stu-dents joining in and we think by 12 years of age every-one should have their first home, perhaps built by coop-eration between the children and some teachers. Geog-raphy and history may best be learned by travelling and enjoying new places and universal philosophy and codes of honor perhaps by movie pictures. On the top level of specialization wheatear a child or a student, it should be according to interests of one and all and of course especially the student. Universities and schools and students on all levels are welcome to join in devel-oping the Library of the Unity of Science for this pur-pose. Universities have been governed by professors, but their specialization has been about less and less without good integration of the wholeness of science, even though most know a good deal outside their area of focus and interdisciplinary values related. But a uni-versity with 1000 professors far from covers 1% of the specialization needed and at the same time clinging to the power of governing the university by the faculties and institute does not inspire to think in direction of our Science of Wholeness. The Science of Wholeness en-terprise have been available since 1980, but universi-ties has ignored the opportunity owing to the fact that the universities are governed by the faculties, scientific questions outside this organization is not considered and thereby also outside the extremely isolated knowl-edge a university actually have. Learning more and more about less and less, is the nature of specializa-tion, the specialist in many ways has isolated growth and often purely theoretical without any real integration into to top challenges including know how and exper-tise! Popularly speaking scientist may be said to be id-iots owing to this limitation, but of course that is not true, valuable knowledge is possessed, but the way the knowledge is shared is questionable, protecting the economy of faculty and partly corrupted by business having the leading role in the development of technol-ogy or research, where students are sold out becoming

dependent on these businesses rather than being lead-ing to establish new businesses themselves! Patent and innovation organization is corrupted and billions of dollar for instance in Norway is used to control, not sup-port new innovations. Universities not interfering with politics get their money by the understanding of a com-mon role in controlling, not promoting free growth and society and decades behind in development related to what society could have been if the best of knowledge systematically had been integrated in society by free competition on top of studies. The best universities are those playing their role well and the world of business bay them. actually such an organization has lost the quality of being a university from the practical point of view and by the modern exploit ion of information, knowledge , know how etc. they also have lost the uni-versity approach of "Universitas" from Latin, "turned into one whole", still educating architects to get a usual job, while a computer program easily could have been made so even children can draw the house directly into the landscape in 3D and with all the things one need to adjust to registered and integrated as how large house the community accepts, materials with automatic offer with price from businesses, other houses around etc. just an example how the university is adjusted to busi-ness, not the science and its application. Global Integrity of course means the integrity of the en-vironment where all ecosystems is disintegrating being destroyed and also the integrity of society as a tram it-self where one foundation is the dependence of the in-tegrity of the environment. The most important global integrity is that aspect of personal integrity and as the world of governments and business have failed, we pol-lute as much CO2 today as for 10 years ago when the problem was identified and Oxford scientists says 1999 was the year the problem was identified and the man made problem is uphold by the wrong and sick mental-ity. How to this relate to personal integrity and codes of honor? Yes of course by stop leaving responsibility to others, taking responsibility for what one partakes in as by joining our Common World Defense by world democracy of World Constitution of our global home and family land and joining in building the world we need without pollution, poverty, climate change etc. And it is easy if we want to, we who are living on this beauti-ful planet of ours, not leaving responsibility to those who have failed and is making their living on upholding problems so we depend on them! It is easy removing poverty, cooling the world, removing CO2 pollution etc. if we want to and creating a good business and enjoy-ing good values in the process doing it! Do we want to, do you want to grow in global integrity. Yes, we expect you to join in and want to share the challenge of time and fulfill our destiny and role in protecting out world and make sure we can enjoy our world without having to partake in its destruction. Global Integrity meaning personal integrity, codes of honor of business and any-thing one partakes in also as customer and user of world economy, shopping also means the integrity of society and the environment where most ecosystems are in extreme imbalance, al part of your personal in-tegrity, that’s health and statistic for how long and well you are living as well. In today’s world, also called “global village” it means in order to be restored and or realized means most people in the world cooperating together by our Common World Defense and our cli-mate funds in order to build a better world and most im-portant participate in World Democracy of our World Constitution of our common global home and family land, with loyalty to friends and family as well as our

world family of beings! Each and one combating the disintegration of the world, the destruction of the world, means each and one combating their mentality, as the mentality of the world is based on the mentality of each and one, and the imbalances of own mentality is by ex-treme stress of school, work, TV etc. Still one have the responsibility for ones own mentality and attitude and relation to the world and stop leaving responsibility to others as others has failed also decades after decades up to date by the risks of climate change, statistic of poverty etc. A wise man said that the leaders of the world is governed by world consciousness uphold by the consciousness of each and every one. The gen-erosity and willingness to welcome others success by integrated growth, is important and part of the new mentality, but the imbalances of not promoting or want-ing others success often comes from the experience of success often is on the cost of the whole, isolated growth including violence, pollution, sexual abuse and stress to society, producing the wrong thing on the cost of others poverty etc. Balancing this by integrated growth and cooperation, where competition and war against mankind is balances of other success, we have done by defining what we are doing together and that we are doing nothing but that, the universal common goals and economic success are paid in stocks and real values as healthy travelling, environmental correct homes etc. One and All Together for Peace And Global Integrity is based on no abuse of our cooperation repre-senting other interests, than the common universal goal of mankind, most easy to agree with. Arranging class celebrations by classes earlier in life at different universities and schools, we have a program for, climate class congress contra climate change collapse and the common chal-lenge for comrades of class to arrange the celebration is close to the spirit of our common celebrations of our common world defense, for we who are travelling to-gether around the sun!How about you? Are you ready to raise the mentality and spirit of the world by actually building a healthier and more wholesome world of global integrity investing some hours in stock companies of integrated growth, perhaps as much as 2 hours a day, but let start with only 2 hours!It is a great joy to say that world poverty, bad world economy and global warming may easily in the interest of one and all be solved, the shame of today may be re-moved if we want to, we living on this beautiful planet of ours. Terrible risks of destruction of the world as we know and unfortunately it may come fast, we do not know, but the patterns clearly indicates possibilities, which are as terrorism against mankind not to take seri-ously!

So what is Our Common World Defense first defense, that is one and all stop leaving responsibility to leaders, governments, scientists etc. not knowing what to do and leaving the responsibility further to meeting, organi-zations, conferences etc. One and All going together sharing our common challenge of time by our common world defense; that is the solution. Complete strategies with flexibility to the changes and their life supporting values by good tactics or technology and its integration in world society are found. The world is down with a ter-rible mentality governing processes one think one can relay on, however, which represents the very sickness or problem itself, as 1999 was the year the problem was registered to be acted upon. One and All Together for Peace and Global Integrity is the answer, and the time to act is now, and always now, unto global integrity is seen as an underlying opportunity or reality, where today all ecosystems and all aspects of society almost is in extreme unbalances!CO2 pollution is not going down with the UN discussed goals, the problem is already here and what they tired to do was doubling our problem with the risk discussed. The greenhouse gas concentration is already there, the "reduction" discussed was actually about how much more to pollute! So reducing CO2 pollution to perhaps 10% or at 10% of the extra CO2 consumption one may add by planting forests and new farms and perhaps Al-ger in salt water from the sea, to become fresh water where Alger may be fertilizer for new forests, as neem trees is health product and bamboos may create flying cubes as part of the practical solution. (Here a 10% waste may become biodiesel; otherwise such solutions are a shame). Then we need a million sq km of alu-minum foil to produce the fresh water and energy to transport water and a huge amount of windmills where ours may be up 12 km flying where the wind is more than 16 times stronger than on sea level. Integrated Growth is the team of the year too, the concept much stronger than “sustainable development” represent-ing economic interests and accept violence and destruction of the world, which is not acceptable, a terrible mistake, a risk which may be said to be terrorism against mankind, too and therefore not “sustainable” at all, that is by the use of the concept! NTNU Student Climate Fund Organization established

It is a great joy to introduce the opportunity given NTNU stu-dents and students and pupils all over the world to join in

building a healthier and more wholesome world, the cooler world we need to balance the destruction of global warming

and damaging world economy. As it is possible to build the Capital City of Europe in half a year, it will take many years from there to fulfill the building of a floating city, but a few palaces and some 12 000 apartments may be a good start. The new year is planned as Year of Celebration and Global In-tegrity, however if we are extremely lucky, people realizing how urgent it is, we may achieve agreements in Eu-rope as for independent land, harbors, with EU, UN and governments. and make the theme of the new year, Year of Celebration of Global Integrity and the Capital City of Europe, anyhow to be inaugurated by Spring Equinox in Scandinavia!

The project is of course non political related to European countries respect-ing the sovereignty of all nations and do not at all compete with EU. The en-terprise is also non- religious, but from a scientific point of view it seems wrong to celebrate Darwin with the idea that it is opposing religion as Christianity. Survival of the fittest or Darwin thinking was one of the main ideas behind Germaine’s rise of World War 2. When man is created with in-telligence and ability to adjust to changing environment, as creation as a whole, Darwin may only have pointed out patterns by which it hap-pens and those thinking otherwise does not think far, while it is just to say, the egg come before the mother bird. What is that momentum of the accelerating global warm-ing making scientists to say year after year for decades that the accelerating changes is coming faster than ex-pected? They have advanced com-puter programs and in the UN related panel of scientists thou-sands of scientists are working together dedicated to the prob-

lem. They miss something obvi-ous and that may be that the present temperature and green-house gas concentration is much higher than registered owing to the fast unnatural changes. They state that the changes today is an average temperature rise of 0,6 degrees Celsius and that they do not ac-cept 2 degrees + in the future! But according to the most veri-fied data we may already have passed 2 degrees Celsius above normal, just registering 0,6- 0,7 perhaps and it is not a fact but a risk we cannot afford to ignore. One million sq km of ice has disappeared from the sea cools the temperature tem-porally and add heating by tak-ing away the reflection of the sun and it takes time to heat the depth of the ocean, cooling the surface with streams from below and ice on the top. Scan-dinavians know that the tem-perature depends on tempera-ture in the sea by the Gulf Stream. 650 000 years of gas concentration and temperature indicates that we have reached a temperature where the west-Antarctic ice below sea level earlier has gone, and phase transitions may raise sea level temperature in no time. Scien-tists, governments, organiza-tions and people leaving re-sponsibility to them may be said to be partaking in Russian roulette and terrorism against mankind and our world. Why may sudden changes or phase transitions establish beyond repair changes de-stroying the world, perhaps next week and not in a hun-dred years as scientists sug-gest? Reversal of global warming may still be possible we hope,

We hope not likely, but it is the ob-vious risk we must relate to growing every day. There are known and unknown values which may manifest the imbal-ances seen, as Archimedes law for the entire arctic ice as an is-land, giving extreme pressure on the ice by rising sea level. Scientist consider a long time for the west-Antarctic ice to go and by higher temperature, but temperature may be that high already and the ice earlier has become loose and gone from the bottom by present day situ-ation, as increased pressure may cause and extreme weather, creating hot lakes on the top with a tunnel down to the bottom where hot water raising up under the ice! So what is Our Common World De-fence first defence, that is one and all stop leaving responsibility to leaders, governments, scientists etc. not knowing what to do and leaving the responsibility further to meeting, organisations, confer-ences etc. One and All together sharing our common challenge of time by our common world defence are the solution. Complete strategies with flexibility to the changes and their life supporting values by good tactics or techno-logy and its integration in world so-ciety is found. The world is down with a terrible mentality governing processes one think one can relay on, however, which represents the very sickness or problem itself, as 1999 was the year the problem was registered to be acted upon. Of course binding the

different developed aspects of the enterprise together to see the syn-ergy effects of global integrity or how a little participation from one and all real fast may build a health-ier world and real wealth on all lev-els of world society without destroy-ing the world, is most important as-pect of the theme with a critical situ-ation for world destruction these days! The scientific principles of the philosophy may be developed to further verifies that it is universal, easy for one and all to participate in, with no second or bad interests, the cooperation is organized to be nothing but the universal values clearly defined and easy for one and all to accept for their own par-ticipation in Our Common world De-fense and campaigns!

Universities have been governed by professors, but their specialization has been about less and less without good in-tegration of the wholeness of sci-ence, even though most know a good deal outside their area of fo-cus and interdisciplinary values re-lated. But a university with 1000 professors far from covers 1% of the specialization needed and at the same time clinging to the power of governing the university by the faculties and institute does not in-spire to think in direction of our Sci-ence of Wholeness. The Science of Wholeness enterprise have been available since 1980, but universi-ties has ignored the opportunity ow-ing to the fact that the universities are governed by the faculties, sci-entific questions outside this organi-zation is not considered and thereby also outside the extremely isolated knowledge a university ac-tually have. Learning more and more about less and less, is the na-ture of specialization, the specialist in many ways has isolated growth and often purely theoretical without any real integration into to top chal-lenges including know how and ex-pertise! Popularly speaking scientist may be said to be idiots owing to this limitation, but of course that is not true, valuable knowledge is possessed, but the way the knowl-edge is shared is questionable, pro-tecting the economy of faculty and partly corrupted by business having the leading role in the development of technology or research, where students are sold out becoming de-pendent on these businesses rather

than being leading to establish new businesses themselves! Patent and innovation organization is corrupted and billions of dollar for instance in Norway is used to control, not sup-port new innovations. Universities not interfering with politics get their money by the understanding of a common role in controlling, not pro-moting free growth and society and decades behind in development re-lated to what society could have been if the best of knowledge sys-tematically had been integrated in society by free competition on top of studies. The best universities are those playing their role well and the world of business bay them. actu-ally such an organization has lost the quality of being a university from the practical point of view and by the modern exploitation of infor-mation, knowledge , know how etc. they also have lost the university approach of "Universitas" from Latin, "turned into one whole", still educating architects to get a usual job, while a computer program eas-ily could have been made so even children can draw the house di-rectly into the landscape in 3D and with all the things one need to ad-just to registered and integrated as how large house the community ac-cepts, materials with automatic of-fer with price from businesses, other houses around etc. just an example how the university is ad-justed to business, not the science and its application.

Dear Mr. President,

only truth can triumph, so says your national heritage and motto! But ac-

cording to a newspaper, only stu-dents with a degree often can ask a father for permition to ask his daughter for the hand in marriage! Unfortunately a degree is no sign of truth, what a student should have learned or used his time to do, of-ten the opposite in order to control and exploit him economically and now perhaps even by "his girl". An-cient Mahabharata suggest one never should do anything for money, of course then, do nothing for getting the money of a degree, or the degree as money in the cor-ruption of university labor mafia or-ganizations, probably in India as in Scandinavia, we guess.

We shall be grateful to receive in-terest in what to do on the level of the President to protect India from such a growing imbalance and if paid and expensive covered, I may even visit India. Perhaps a few uni-versities may pay a lecture tour as a start, so the President may only focus on raising the question.

The Climate Fund of Integrated Growth is established by The Scandina-vian Climate Fund of Integrated Growth in cooperation with The Cli-mate University of Global Integrity. The ways to power the future by cleaner and safer energy without polluting by CO2 and creating imbalances destroy-ing our world by integrated growth ensuring a world devel-opment not only not polluting, but also balancing the prob-lems of pollution coming from decades of systematically wrong action all our the world, as burning oil.
