Nothing quite worked out until Bo Lundqvist, President and CEO at RSA, clicked on the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace tab in Microsoft Dynamics CRM , which the company uses to manage its sales and marketing efforts. “Through the tab in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, it was very easy to search for a project management solution to see what the Microsoft partners offer,” says Lundqvist. “The description of CRM-Project matched precisely what I was looking for, and it also had great reviews. Those were very important to me, so I got in touch with the partner immediately.” CRM-Project, the 4th module for project management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, comes from xRM1 , a German Microsoft partner, and offers a full set of project management capabilities for organizations in any market segment. They asked for some information about RSA and, a few days later, showed us an online demo of their solution, which worked seamlessly with the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution we use. They also provided downloadable knowledge materials for us to learn more. We decided to purchase CRM-Project that same day.” With guidance from xRM1, RSA deployed and configured CRM- Project. After a one-day online training, 15 team members began using the solution. “I’m extremely happy with the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace and with what I see from CRM-Project so far,” says Lundqvist. “With a few clicks, I was able to connect with a solution and a vendor that addressed our needs for all aspects of our complex project management. What’s more, it only took a few days to get the new tool up and running in our business.” In addition to bringing more users to CRM-Project as RSA grows, Lundqvist is already thinking of several ways to make the Microsoft Dynamics Marketplace Success Story Fast Facts Customer Retail Software Associates , a Microsoft partner with a Gold Enterprise Resource Planning competency, is a leading technology provider in the Philippines.
