She was telling vague answers pertaining to the investigation of the case which creates strong doubt on her . though she has disclosed that she cleaned up the floor of both rooms and passage with the help of wiper and cloth and she also told that she has gone to take medicine from Azam Khan Haweli NEAR Jama Masjid and arrived at about 5-5.30 PM at her house with her daughter and found her husband murdered but she she refused presence of her son Danish @ Naeem when she reached her house. This further creates doubt on her statement. Her elder son Danish phone was found switched off which again creates doubt about his conduct.

The dedicated above mentioned team conducted raids at various hideouts of the Danish and finally the hard work of the team bore fruit and he was apprehended from H.N Din Rly. Stn. While he was trying to flee from Delhi

On interrogation he disclosed that he is the elder son in the family his father was smack addict since last 20 years and having TB and respiratory disease. His father used to abuse & hit his mother almost every day since his childhood and also raised suspicion on moral character of her mother. His father was not doing anything and creates problems for the family unnecessarily. On 24.07.2012 his mother asked his father to go to her parental house and for treatment at Azam Khan Haweli NEAR Jama Masjid on this his father got infuriated and reprimanded and abused his mother and also made allegations on her character. On this he feels very bad and asked her mother to go for treatment and her prenatal house.

After that he left his house and went to liquor shop and took some drink and came back to his house along with a beer cane. He takes some food from his fridge and when he was having food his father again passed filthy remarks on her mother and himself on this he lost his temper and took knife (ice poker) and tried to hit his father but he managed to snatched ice poker from to him and hit the same on his right thigh. After this he got mad and took a meat cutter chopper and cut the throat of his father in the small room and also inflicted sharp injuries back side of the body. After that he pulled the body of his father in the other room of the house. In the mean time her mother came back along with his sister. His mother sent his sister to call NANI who is residing in the same vicinity. His mother asked him to leave from here immediately and told him that she will clean up the spot and will make a story to save him.

When wife of the deceased was confronted with her son Danish both broke down and confessed their involvement in the gruesome, brought day light murder.
