On a blank piece of paper see how many words you can write without any help! Try small “key” words such as me, my, is, in, the, can, went. You could try sets of rhyming words such as hat, cat, pat. An adult can help you think of words to try!

Choose a non-standard unit of measurement to cover your book with eg. lego pieces, blocks, counters, pencils etc. Complete the worksheet to measure the area of your object. Use the worksheet to record your work.

Friday Fun-time: Play some Maths games or board games at home with your family! Eg. Snakes and ladders, Uno or other card games. You could find some online if you don’t have any.
