Governor Deltrax of the Xenoian Empire arrives on Earth to take matters into his own hands, intent with finishing the heroes of the Light Side once and for all. But, at the same time, an age-old threat returns,

intent on destroying Earth despite his benevolence…

ACT 1

Location: Maelstrom Cannon StationCharacters: Jade, Kaizen, Pawar, C.A.B.L.E., Alph, Deltrax, Tarax, Aquorax, Valax, Technax, Dreadax

We begin the penultimate episode of Season 4 just outside of Earth’s orbit. There, the Maelstrom Cannon has remained, still able to fire if necessary. Approaching it from beyond Earth’s orbit, from the far reaches of space, is a new squadron of Xenoian fighters, escorting a special Xenoian flagship with

emerald accents. Once the vessels board the station, we see that all the Xenoians onboard are gathered to greet whoever just arrived to Earth. Among them are also all the primary Xenoian leaders who came to Earth, and the four heroes (plus C.A.B.L.E., who really isn’t a hero) are present as well. Emerging from

the lead ship and walking onto the station…

Valax: Ah, Governor Deltrax. We of the Xenoian Empire are honored by your arrival to Earth.

Deltrax: (SIGH) My ‘visit’ is hardly an honor, Minister Valax. As I’m sure you’re aware, I am here on mission from Lord Xeno himself.

Valax: I must admit, I was a bit surprised to see you were coming this soon.

Deltrax: Spare the pleasantries, minister. I too, am surprised, by what’s been happening on this little backwater planet.

Valax: Well, um—

Deltrax: We gave you a single, simple objective, Minister. To establish contact with Earth’s leaders, and have them either join the Empire, or be destroyed with their planet.

Valax: I will have you know that I have made contact with the leaders of the planet, but…they have refused to adhere to my terms. In fact, they still do not respond in the slightest, even with the threat of the Maelstrom Cannon looming over their heads.

Deltrax: Because you have been too soft on them, I can tell. On every planet that the Empire visits to control, you always attempt to use peace and diplomacy as your means of taking control. That alone is your greatest weakness to this Empire.

Valax: Weakness, you say?

Deltrax: And you, Director Dreadax. Have you stood idly by while you watch mere mortals oppose us in favor of their people? Have you simply allowed them to get away with the destruction, confiscation, and experimentation of our properties?

Dreadax: I have exhausted every resource I have to find and destroy them, Governor. This group of rebels…they have proven to be trickier to handle than I anticipated.


Deltrax: And would that have something to do with the Scientist Supreme’s own experiments?

Technax: Governor, I assure you, my experiments have yielded results! They keep the population of Earth in line, and threaten the leaders with their powers combined!

Deltrax: I thought I ordered you not to continue the experimentations after the incident with Dragonera’s escape.

Jade: Governor Deltrax? My name is Jade.

Deltrax: Good to know.

Jade: I was once a member of the rebels that you now hunt for, and have been gifted with the power to lure them out and destroy them. The same can be said for my companions.

Kaizen: Yeah, who cares about those losers anyway?

Deltrax: I very much care about them, blue one.

Kaizen: I’m red!

Pawar: And I’m the blue one here!

Alph: (BARK)

C.A.B.L.E.: Gentlemen, gentlemen, don’t embarrass yourselves in front of the Xenoian Leadership!

Deltrax: You would be wise to heed the cyborg’s words.

Technax: That one has been an interesting case for study, as he has harnessed our very own technology!

Deltrax: Which, in case you forgot, is a weakness that must be dealt with.

Technax: Governor, all due respect, the humans are the test subjects I’ve been looking to experiment on for centuries! They are perfectly balanced, and can be manipulated easily!

Deltrax: Is that why you were assigned this mission? NO. You were assigned to prepare the Maelstrom Cannon on which we stand, nothing more. In fact, you were to have no interactions with these rebels whatsoever.

Valax: Governor, it is said that while the majority of these rebels are human, it is reported that their leader is Noctrinian.

C.A.B.L.E.: I can confirm that. Syren Englond, Queen of Noctrinus, is the de facto leader. And, several of the Noctrinian’s neighbors, the Zochaians, are among the enemy as well.


Deltrax: (SIGH) I am well aware, yes. Let us not forget the sudden appearance of Noctrinians and Zochaians amongst the humans, as if they were leaping from the pages of history. A shame we do not have anyone specialized and capable of dealing with them.

Tarax: Uh…you talking about us, boss man?

Aquorax: Yes, he is talking about us, buffoon. Show some respect!

Deltrax: As you both should. Infernax didn’t train you for nothing, you know. Tell me, minister: Have you ever known the Noctrinians or Zochaians?

Valax: Well, no…

Deltrax: No, of course not. But by the will of Lord Xeno, I was able to learn of their history. They were real, all right. And they were not fabrications of folklore or fairy tales. But, do you know what happened to them?

Valax: Well, there were rumors that—

Deltrax: They were not rumors. Do you KNOW what happened?

Valax: …No, I do not.

Deltrax: Then let me tell you what happened to the Noctrinians and the Zochaians…They Died! Every last one of them!

A tense mood settles in, as it is clear Deltrax means business.

Deltrax: So, you see, Minister, this fugitive, Syren Englond, cannot be what she claims to be. And I am here to prove it. In fact, I am here to set you all back on schedule, to properly complete the tasks that your Emperor has given you. Because failure is not the same as the consequences that follow it.

Deltrax begins walking away.

Deltrax: Lord Xeno has spoken of the whispers among the innocent survivors below. They whisper among themselves that hope lives, because the heroes who saved them time and again before our arrival are still alive. As long as hope lives, our mission is in a great danger. And that, everyone, is something that I cannot allow.

Deltrax summons his signature weapon: A naginata (double-sided sword) with an emerald sheen, and an impressive, futuristic design. But its appearance isn’t what one should be worried about. Instead, what

the Xenoian leaders have to worry about, is the weapon suddenly getting thrown at them.

(WHOOSH, SLASH)

Dreadax, Tarax, Aquorax, Valax, and Technax are all lightly cut by the blades on each of their shoulders, leaving behind an emerald glow. And, like a trusty boomerang, the naginata returns to Deltrax.


Technax: No…no, not this…!

Jade: What is it, Scientist Supreme?

Technax: This…this is the price of failure under Deltrax’s command!

Aquorax: His signature weapon, empowered by Lord Xeno himself, is one of the deadliest creations in Xenoian history. The slightest cut can be exploited by the wielder.

Valax: If we fail Deltrax again, then with just a snap of his fingers, the wounds will cause us to implode without any warning, or even any chance to feel pain.

Deltrax: A precise explanation, everyone. Make no mistake, from now on, failure WILL have consequences. And under me, you will no longer have any failures. Minister Valax, after I am escorted to my quarters, contact the world leaders of Earth, and make this final demand.

Valax: What demand?

Deltrax: That either they surrender within 24 hours, or we will fire the Maelstrom Cannon at its full capacity, and wipe out the entire planet. In the meantime, Director Dreadax, you are to begin analysis of every known location of insurgent activity. All Xenoians are authorized to assist you.

Dreadax: Reconnaissance only?

Deltrax: For now. We will discover the whereabouts of these criminals, and we shall make examples of them. As for the rest of you…

Pawar: What do you want from us, Governor?

Deltrax: See me in my office. I’d like to know everything there is to know about your former friends.

And with that, Deltrax has left the mark of his arrival, ready to crush Earth in the name of the Xenoian Empire.


ACT 2

Location: Fort Silence/Novalion’s Island/Maelstrom Cannon StationCharacters: Novalion, Rockrus, FireRyker, Englond, Thyme, Kaleb, Vibatron, Dragonera, Jade, Kaizen,

Pawar, T. Meteor, Bulk, Snowbird, Silverbolt, Celestia, C.A.B.L.E., Phantom, Lazuli, Alph, Wisp, Commandozer, Dawn, Dusk, Ronan, WindRyder, N, Madame V., Ravager, Dragomira, S. Shadow,

Returning to Fort Silence, having been taken by the heroes last episode, and now with the Chaos Syndicate disbanded, we see Kaleb heading into the prison levels. There, someone is currently residing

in one of the cells…

Kaleb: …

Leonard: …What do YOU want?

Kaleb: I think I deserve to know why you despise me.

Leonard: Isn’t it obvious?

This whole time, Leonard has been facing towards the wall, but now he turns towards his father, without his Kasa, or his eyepatch.

Kaleb: Wait a second…there’s nothing wrong with your eye!

Leonard: I never said anything was wrong with my eye. I just though the eyepatch looked cool, and it even doubled as an image intensifier for night vision, infrared, the usual. I thought by being able to see through only one eye…it would have allowed me to see less of my past.

Kaleb: At what point in your past did you grow to despise those who brought you into the world? What did me and Caroline do to deserve your hatred?

Leonard: Because of who you both were. Who you both are. Zodiac and Englond.

Kaleb: You know that I am not Zodiac! Not anymore, if at all to begin with!

Leonard: You just wait and see. The man who took you away from your friends and family will come back inside you someday. And that hatred of a conqueror will be the undoing of your own legacy.

Kaleb: Zodiac never even loved Englond. I am the complete opposite of that man, and still love Englond to this day.

Leonard: I don’t want to be loved by the disciples of alien rulers who came from thousands of centuries past. I just wanted a normal life, and a normal family. Once I learned that I wasn’t fully human, instead being a half-Noctrinian half-Zochaian, I made a vow to change history.


Kaleb: History isn’t yours to alter. And what makes you believe you are half-Noctrinian half-Zochaian? Does your blood say that? Or does your heart?

Leonard: I search for the truth across everything. And my genetics do indeed say that.

Kaleb: N tells me that you are an extremist. That did not come from either me or Englond.

Leonard: I told you, I made a vow to change history myself. And with that kind of vow, there must be necessary measures taken.

Kaleb: …I’m getting nowhere with you. One day, you’ll see what kind of damage you’ll cause. One day, you’ll see just how disappointed your own father, and equally so, your mother, will be.

Leonard: Try and talk sense into me all you want. I will rid my history of a vile lineage, and cleanse my own soul.

Kaleb: You want to be free of pain? You want to cleanse your soul? You have two eyes, two ears, and one mouth. Start by using them accordingly.

Kaleb leaves without another word, returning to the surface of Fort Silence. There, the original heroes from Season 1, along with T. Meteor, Phantom, and Wisp, await him outside an aircraft.

Caroline: Well? How did it go?

Kaleb: I can’t get through to him. He thinks I’m still Zodiac. And he despises both him and Englond, believing that you and I are the reason he has a terrible past.

Caroline: I will talk to him, then.

Kaleb: No, I can’t let you do that. He’ll only deny you as he denied me.

Caroline: He hasn’t met me yet. That alone gives me a chance.

Kaleb: (SIGH) Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Jared: Bro, you sure you wanna do this? It’d be easier if we went with you.

Kaleb: I have to do this alone. Alyssa couldn’t get through to Novalion, so now I, the last person he would expect to hear from, will go and convince him to come home. The only job I’m asking of all of you, aside from dealing with the Xenoians, is to welcome Tyler back with open arms.

Christian: No way, pal. Not after what he almost did to my sister.

Kaleb: Christian, I thought we discussed this: Zodiac created an illusion that day. He fooled all of you into believing Novalion was the enemy, and you all blindly took the bait. It was all he needed to conquer Earth unopposed.

Ruth: Well, fortunately, Alyssa intervened on that part.


E.K.: And yet Kaleb didn’t intervene to save the five of us that day!

Zachary: Because he couldn’t intervene. He would have most likely lost the ability to remain on this plane of existence if he did.

Kaleb: Zachary is correct. I wanted nothing more than to save you, but not only had Morgana immediately proved herself more powerful than I, I would not have been able to return, or continue to keep tabs on what none of you could see.

Jared: Christian, I believe Kaleb now. Tyler isn’t our enemy anymore.

E.K.: I’ll admit, I was hesitant about whether or not all of what happened that day was real or not, but now I am convinced, and with both of the brothers on this matter.

Christian: …Maybe he is redeemable…but if I’m wrong—

Sierra: You will do what, exactly? Remember all that Novalion did before his exile.

Kaleb: I’m just hoping he remembers, too…

Saryn: Kaleb, you don’t have to go alone. At least take someone with you, even if it isn’t me, Jared, or Zach!

Kaleb: …

Kelsey: Tyler said he wanted a successor. Perhaps I can remind him, and perhaps thanking him for letting me go on this crazy adventure with you all will bring him back. So, Kaleb, I will gladly volunteer to go with you.

Kaleb: …Very well. Kelsey, you may come with me.

Zachary: Brother…I never got the chance to thank you until now. For everything that you taught me the last three years.

Kaleb: And I want to thank you. For not giving up on me. I may be right about a lot of things…but I know I’m always wrong about more things. And this was one of them. There is still a place for me here, with my friends and family.

Caroline: Once this war is over…you and I…perhaps we can finally return to a life of some normality?

Kaleb: I’ll think about it. Something tells me that normality isn’t a luxury for all of us anymore.

Christian: Darn tootin’.

All: (LAUGH)

Jared: Well, brother, hopefully when you come back, we’ll have taken out the Xenoians once and for all.


Kaleb: Don’t be in a rush. And don’t worry about leaving anything for me. I think my fighting days are over.

Kaleb takes out The Relic, and hands it back to Caroline.

Caroline: You’re giving this back to me?

Kaleb: You’re the original owner. I wasn’t exactly the best with this weapon. And besides, I’ve seen how you all have grown without me. You don’t need my strength anymore. Only my guidance.

Ruth: And we’re grateful for that guidance. You set us all on the right path from day one.

Kaleb: Then I will go, knowing that I did not fail all of you.

E.K.: And we won’t fail you. We will wait here, for your safe return.

Kaleb: Don’t you worry, Caroline. We will see each other again, this I promise.

Caroline: Please…be careful.

Kaleb and Caroline hug each other for a long moment, and the latter gives a kiss on the former’s forehead before finally going separate ways.

Kelsey: Good luck, to all of you.

Jared: Send us the coordinates as soon as you arrive. That way, if we need to come along, we will.

Kaleb: We have enough supplies to last us at least a month. But I am certain we’ll have Novalion back before then.

Sierra: May the odds be ever in your favor.

A few more moments, and Kaleb/Wisp board the Chaos Syndicate aircraft, and leave Fort Silence. It is a mood of sadness, but at the same time, the heroes know that they will return with Novalion.

Jared: He’ll always come back.

Caroline: …I know.

Christian: Okay, now that we’re done being all sobby-sobby, we should probably start coming up with a plan to deal with these Xenoian creeps.

Ruth: ‘Sobby-sobby?’ Is that even a word?

Christian: It is now. Not even autocorrect recognizes it.

Ruth: See, folks? I’m not the only Fourth-Wall breaker.


We skip ahead to the sun almost starting to set. In the command center, we see several of the heroes at a table, repairing something that was almost destroyed last episode…

Alyssa: Are we sure this is really a good idea?

E.K.: He doesn’t have a master anymore. And he could really use one.

Saryn: Last I checked, that hound tried to destroy us!

Sierra: We’ll see how he turns out, and then decide if it’s worth remembering that or not.

Saryn: I know you’re an alien and all that, Sierra, but that still doesn’t exactly comfort me.

Christian: Alright, just a few more of these, and he should be ready to go…

E.K.: I noticed you left his personality chip unchanged.

Christian: Oh, is that what that was? Oh well.

E.K.: I’m just saying, maybe it would’ve been nice to have a not-so-grumpy Commandozer.

Commandozer, Koda’s trusty robotic canine, is seen getting repaired after Shivaire shredded him in the last episode. Once all the final touches are made…

E.K.: That should do it. Hannah, Saryn, give him some juice.

Hannah: Here goes nothing.

Techno Meteor and Madame Volta combine their powers, and repower Commandozer until he’s fully online.

Commandozer: R-R-R-R-R-REBOOTING SYSTEM. ARTIFICIAL PROCESSORS ONLINE. DESIGNATION: K-9000, COMMANDOZER. ACTIVATING VISUAL. (WHIR) WHERE AM I?

Christian: Commandozer.

Commandozer: YOU…YOU ARE FIRERYKER. WHERE IS MY MASTER, KODA?

Christian: There’s no easy way to tell you, pup. Your master is gone.

Commandozer: GONE?

Christian: Englond finished him. So now, we’re giving you two options: You can either join us, find a new master here, and help us to fight the real enemy, the Xenoians.

Saryn: And who knows? Maybe we’ll even find you a new owner when it’s all over.

Christian: Or, the alternative, we shut you back down forever.


Commandozer: MY ALLEGIANCE WAS TO MY MASTER, KODA. AND HIS VISION FOR FREEDOM WAS NOT AS OBSOLETE AS WHAT THE REST OF THE WORLD BELIEVES.

Sierra: Koda was a madman. All he wanted was to be rid of everyone who had enhanced abilities, and then put himself on top of a self-made pyramid.

Commandozer: I AM WELL AWARE.

Sierra: But, if we don’t stop the Xenoian Empire, who else will? We are the only chance we have to defeat them.

Commandozer: YOU ARE AGAINST THE XENOIAN EMPIRE. MY MASTER WAS AS WELL. BUT NOW, MY MASTER CANNOT SEE WHAT HAS TRANSPIRED. THE CHAOS SYNDICATE IS DISBANDED.

E.K.: He would’ve disposed of them, too. And, maybe he would’ve disposed of you.

Saryn: He may have brought you back to life, and cared for you like any other pet, but at the end of the day, Koda only cared about himself.

Commandozer: IF YOU WILL HAVE MY ASSISTANCE, THEN IT IS YOURS. BUT I DO SO IN REMEMBRANCE OF MY MASTER, KODA. BUT ONLY OF HIS FORMER LIFE. BEFORE HE BECAME TWISTED, AS YOU REFER.

Christian: So, you’re on our side, then?

Commandozer: BEING PART OF SIDES IS NOT A PART OF MY PROGRAMMING. I ONLY WISH TO SEE A WORLD OF ORDER. AND IF THAT PATH INVOLVES THE DESTRUCTION OF THE XENOIAN EMPIRE, THEN I WILL ASSIST THOSE WHO BELIEVE THE SAME.

Saryn: Well, that was easy!

Christian: Good. Because the meeting is about to start.

Changing to the meeting room a few minutes later…

Quinn: How are you holding up, mother?

Ruth: Oh, fine. Still shaky after all that’s happened, and still a little uneasy about a post-active grenade inside me when I finally de-mutated. Getting it out with a lot of stomach-force was not a pleasant three hours.

Titus: It took THREE hours to get you to cough it up!?

Ruth: The restrooms here were untreated, and that would’ve taken longer.

Titus: I still can’t process…!

Quinn: Mother knows best, brother.


Jared: Well, kids, if you’re done chatting with ‘Mom’, we need to get this meeting started.

Nic: You’re suddenly antsy, Jared.

Jared: Because Fort Silence doesn’t have much defenses left since the superweapon was destroyed. If we’re gonna put up a fight against the Xenoians, we need to upgrade the place, and fast.

Commandozer: THERE ARE SECRET COMPARTMENTS THAT MAY CONTAIN WHAT YOU NEED. SUB-SECTION A1-13, LOCATED ON PLATFORM 5.

Christian: We’ll start looking around.

Jared: In the meantime, I want Snowbird and the Light Nexus to return to The Galvanized, and monitor all Xenoian activity. Right now, the base has little power left, and we need that for defensive purposes.

Alyssa: The ship could use some repairs anyway. I’ll get my team to start work.

Mat: Not gonna be easy without any Exon reinforcements…

Saryn: Wait, what?

Liz: The Xenoians cleaned the ship of any and all Exons. They are their property, after all.

Commandozer: EXON REMAINS CAN BE FOUND EVERYWHERE IN THIS BASE. PERHAPS REPAIRING THEM WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE REINFORCEMENTS YOU DESIRE.

Christian: See? The Robo-Dog is a valuable ally after all.

Ruth: You just wanted a reason to throw him a bone, that’s all.

Commandozer: QUERY: MY EXOSKELETON RESEMBLES THAT OF A CANINE. CANINES ENJOY BONES. AMUSING ON TWO LEVELS.

Caroline: We also need to be ready to act in case Warta and his forces return for a surprise counterattack.

C.J.: I doubt that will happen. My sister was the one who helped them escape, which makes me think that she’s calling the shots now. And without any sort of army to back either Morgan or Warta—

Titus: They’re essentially posing no threat to us in the present moment.

C.J.: Precisely.

Daniel: Hey, bro? Should you and I start formulating a plan to get our sister back?

Christian: I hadn’t thought that far ahead, Daniel.


Jared: In case anyone needs a reminder, Jade, Kaizen, Pawar, Alph, and C.A.B.L.E. have all been taken captive and forced to work for the Xenoian Empire.

Christian: Worst of all, they have new, devastating powers that are being exploited by the Xenoians.

Caleb: Don’t worry. We will free our friends from the captivity of the enemy. And there will not be anything left to worry about once the Xenoians are gone.

Jared: Stay alert as you work, everyone.

~Location Change~

On route to Novalion’s Island, we switch to Kaleb and Wisp flying in the middle of nowhere above the ocean.

Kelsey: Do you really think he’ll recognize me?

Kaleb: He should. Even three years changed him, I know three years didn’t change you.

Kelsey: This isn’t even my original outfit.

Kaleb: Honestly, the whole costume thing across our team feels kinda unnecessary. Just look at my brother: The blacks in his jacket get blacker with every season.

Kelsey: What?

Kaleb: Oh, sorry. Guess you wouldn’t understand the ability to break the fourth wall. ME, Ruth, and Christian have that skill.

Kelsey: Make that four. Bet the audience didn’t see that coming.

Kaleb: …I stand corrected.

Both: (LAUGH)

Kelsey: So, how’d you and Englond meet?

Kaleb: Met her in an Ice-Cream store. Then we started seeing each other across town more and more often, until I finally got the nerve to ask her out.

Kelsey: And yet, you two are still in that phase?

Kaleb: We were pretty close by the time Zodiac and Englond showed up. I was ready to take the next step, but I had to finish training my friends first.

Kelsey: I see.

Kaleb: That way, I could just focus on her instead of the rest of those knuckleheads.


Kelsey: You call your own brother a knucklehead?

Kaleb: Well, we’re both out own knuckleheads. I enjoy eating gardening fertilizers, he has a weekly diet of chimichangas.

Kelsey: Okay, moving on from that!

(BEEP)

Kaleb: Huh?

Kelsey: Oh, not a moment too soon…

Kaleb: Uh, someone else is out here…and the scanner says they’re not friendly.

(WHOOSH)

Xenoian Pilot: Attention, Chaos Syndicate aircraft! You have breached a Xenoian checkpoint! Halt your course, or be destroyed!

Kaleb: Where are the weapons on this thing?

Kelsey: I know, but who needs those when I can do this?

Kelsey readies her Cambuca, and begins to send a wave of energy towards the Xenoian ship that is in the vicinity.

Xenoian Pilot: You have one minute to prepare for boarding! Halt your course now!

Kelsey: Talk all you want, chatterbox.

Then, Kelsey converts that energy into a psychic power that lifts the water below the craft, and then freezes the water/craft together.

Kaleb: Not bad.

Kelsey: Looks like they’re the only one out here. Let’s keep moving.

Kaleb: Agreed. We should arrive within the next two hours.

(WHOOSH)

Little do the duo realize, what they just did set everything into motion…

~Location Change~

Jade: And, that’s all there is to know.


Deltrax: Impressive…but nothing more than a hoax to try and scare us. If this Syren Englond claims to be what she originally was, then she will face extreme consequences.

Kaizen: What do you mean by that?

Deltrax: Lord Xeno believes that Noctrinus and Zochaias are the people responsible for robbing Xenoia from us. And if their legacy is here, revenge will be had.

C.A.B.L.E.: Someday, I hope to learn of Xenoia’s history myself.

Deltrax: That is a privilege, C.A.B.L.E., not an observation.

(WHIR)

Deltrax: Report.

Valax: I have issued the ultimatum, as you instructed, Governor.

Deltrax: Show me.

Valax pulls up a video feed on her portable holo-projector.

Valax: Attention, leaders of humanity. I am Minister Valax of the Xenoian Empire. For three years, your world has lived under our control. But no more. Until now, we have been lenient with the leaders not heeding our demands, despite the consequences instilled. Now, authorized by Lord Xeno and Governor Deltrax, I issue a final Ultimatum. The leaders of Earth have 24 hours to surrender total control to the Empire. Or the next time we fire the Maelstrom Cannon, your world’s Aether will belong to us, resulting in your destruction. Ignore His Imperial Majesty’s final warnings at your own risk.

Deltrax: And this was transmitted across every channel on Earth?

Valax: Yes, sir.

Deltrax: One way or another, you have begun to redeem yourself, Minister. And, what of you, Director?

Dreadax: Governor Deltrax, one of my Xenoian scouts has reported something.

Dreadax pulls up his own video feed, showing the brief encounter and skirmish between Kaleb/Wisp and the Xenoian craft.

Dreadax: A Chaos Syndicate aircraft breached a checkpoint. And, whoever was on that craft remotely froze the scout with the water.

Deltrax: Where was this footage taken?

Dreadax: Unknown, sir. This could have been anywhere in the ocean.


C.A.B.L.E.: Look at the Xenoian’s identification number on the craft. 5010.

Dreadax: Hmm…that puts it somewhere on the western seaboard.

Deltrax: Track the trajectory of the aircraft. If the Chaos Syndicate has their own super-powered individuals, this may be the first lead we require to ending the rebellion.

Dreadax: Tracking…

The feed zooms out to show a globe of Earth, and the trajectory passes over where the Chaos Syndicate fortress is, though nobody knows that it’s there yet.

Dreadax: Do you suspect the rebels are somewhere along this path?

Deltrax: I am starting to count on it. Send a garrison to investigate that path. Preferably, expendables.

Dreadax: Once I have something, I will report to you.

Deltrax: Do not fail me.

~Location Change~

Returning to Fort Silence, we head aboard The Galvanized. Commandozer, among a few other heroes, have managed to repair enough Exons (somewhat) into getting things onboard the ship started again.

Eventually, Snowbird initiates takeoff, and The Galvanized is prepped and ready.

At the base, the remaining heroes continue working to gather materials for anti-air cannons, shields, more Exons, anything to stand against the Xenoians since the base’s superweapon is food for the fishes.

As the sun starts to set, we return to Englond…

Zachary: Your majesty? I’d like to talk with you.

Caroline: Yes, Phantom?

Zachary: Something’s been bothering me…I don’t know how else to say this, but…what do you think will become of me?

Caroline: What?

Zachary: When this war is over, the Xenoians are gone, as well as all other evils, and things return to normal…where will I go from there? My only purpose here was to be a part of the conflict, and when there is no conflict left to return to…what will I do?

Caroline: I have learned from Englond that we are the ones who forge our own path. Sure, it may be difficult to get along with someone else who’s occupying your body, but at least she lets me maintain control. Unlike Zodiac, who robbed Kaleb.


Zachary: And now that Kaleb’s back, he knows what he’ll do next…but he has nothing left to teach me.

Caroline: That doesn’t mean you stop learning. Or, stop walking, for that matter. Learn to try new things, and be a part of something you could enjoy.

Zachary: I haven’t had the luxury of finding anything I enjoy. All I’ve known since my inception was fighting, violence, deception, all the things that humanity despises, yet indulges in.

Caroline: Sometimes it is a part of life.

Caroline turns towards the sunset.

Caroline: Humans…are odd. They think Chaos and Order are somehow opposites and will control each other to see which is more powerful. They’ll take everything that doesn’t belong to them into their own hands. And, as a result, there is disorder.

Zachary: Such as myself.

Caroline: But…there is grace in their failings.

Caroline turns back to Zachary.

Caroline: I think you missed that. We’re not a bad people in the long-run, Phantom. Sure, there may be those irredeemable, and those who strive to keep conflict going…but it’s always nice to know that order always triumphs. So, what I suggest of you to do when the war is over…find a way to embrace order.

Zachary: …

Caroline: Find a way to become more human than you realize. And regain a life that you so-sadly lost. And above all else…know that this family will stick by your side, whatever you decide to do. I know it’s not a lot coming from me, but--

Zachary: --But it is something. And I thank you, for your compassion.

Caroline: And thank you for sticking with us. For not giving in to Zodiac’s lies when he summoned you.

Zachary: …Wait, what’s that?

(WHOOSH)

Caroline: There’s…something out there…

A few miles out, Xenoian aircraft are approaching Fort Silence.

Zachary: Those…those are Xenoian!

Caroline: They know we’re here…! All hands, battle stations! The Xenoians have found us!


Suddenly, Fort Silence gets a lot more hectic, with all the heroes readying their weapons and powers to deal with the welcoming committee.

Xenoian 1: Director Dreadax, come in. We’ve located the Chaos Syndicate base. And it appears a majority of the fugitives are on sight.

Dreadax: Pull your division back. Let them believe they still have the advantage, then we will return in full force.

Xenoian 1: Yes, Director. Pull back!

The Xenoian scouts pull back out of sight of everyone at Fort Silence.

Christian: Uh, I’m sorry, what were you saying about manning the defenses?

Caroline: They just…retreated?

Nic: They know we’re here…and are most likely going to come back in full force. We have to be ready for the inevitable attack, now!

Jared: N is right, everyone! Gather whatever you need, the Xenoians will be on our doorstep at any minute!

As everyone starts frantically preparing for a Xenoian attack, someone else arrives at Fort Silence. Emerging from the shadows, unknown to everyone else…

Ravager: Well, that didn’t take them long. But I suppose there’s no more time to just wait around and do nothing.

Ravager, having followed the Xenoian scouts and roamed the waters with his Frost-Walker Boots, takes refuge in secret, his next move unknown.

~Location Change~

The sun is almost gone, but by now, the Chaos Syndicate aircraft has finally arrived at Novalion’s island. Landing on the beach area, Kaleb and Kelsey disembark.

Kelsey: Is this the place?

Kaleb: Yes. Novalion is here. Stay here with the ship, and start setting up shop in the event we stay here for a while.

Kelsey: I’ll send the coordinates back home.

Kaleb: Right. In the meantime, I think it’s finally time I got this kid to get off his sorry butt and come home.


Kaleb heads for where Novalion’s cave is. The 3rd visitor in a matter of weeks, and this one is the last that Tyler would probably expect. However, as Kaleb fades into the distance…

Kelsey: …Setting up can wait. I just wanna see what’s become of my friend.

…Kelsey sneaks behind, watching from a distance as Kaleb enters the cave where Novalion resides. A familiar scenario plays out, just like when Ravager and Alyssa first arrived.

Tyler: …

Kaleb: …

Once again, Novalion is hooded and looking at his campfire, not paying attention to who just entered his abode. Before Kaleb speaks, however, he walks up to the campfire, and sits right across from Novalion.

Kaleb: …

Tyler: …Did you come here to grab a bite?

Kaleb: No, I—

Tyler: Do you honestly think I’m gonna fall for such a cheap trick, Kaleb? Do you really think I’m just gonna believe you’re still alive somehow, and just beg for forgiveness? I don’t think so.

Kaleb: …(SIGH) Here we go…to tell you the truth, Tyler, I’ve been watching you from the Spirit-Realm for the last three years. And you’ve been very ‘out-there’…no, not even that, you’ve changed completely in that same amount of time. There were sometimes days when I didn’t even recognize you anymore, or even know who I was watching, and why.

Tyler: Maybe it’s because some of us change, Kaleb. Maybe, it’s because some of us need a little peace and quiet in times of sorrow and defeat. But then again…what would YOU know about loss?

Kaleb: (GROWL)

Tyler: All you ever seemed to do when you were still alive was remotely judge me while I was spending time with my former friends. And here you are, doing the same thing, remotely judging me from some interdimensional limbo for living with the consequences of being a hero.

Kaleb: I’ve stood by your side and guided you for years, long before the war even began! I helped you when nobody else would, and taught you how to become the man you were destined to be! And now, at the end of it all, THIS is how you pay your respects?!

Tyler: Oh, I already paid my respects alright. I took an eye from Jared, barbequed Christian, and knocked down Emilie-Kate. That may not be what respect looks like, but it sure was given how everything went down that day.

Kaleb: …I always knew you were a hothead. I just never thought you’d let it go TO your head.


Tyler: You know, it just hit me a few days ago. Just a few before Alyssa arrived here and tried to pep-talk me the same way. I don’t think you ever called.

Kaleb: What are you talking about?

Tyler: I mean, sure, you called on the daily for when it was time to train, but…’call-call.’ Like, “How’s Life?” call. We did our little adventures every now and again, and I carried on with the training as you sat in a wooden rocking-chair from Cracker Barrel.

Kaleb: What’s your point?

Tyler: I don’t think you ever showed any legitimate interest in me. In fact, that’s what I’ve come to realize. I don’t think there was ever ANYONE who took any interest in me. I feel like they’ve been faking me out, pretending to be my friends, and having an abundance of loneliness and sadness build up inside me, until it all finally gave way on the day I lost everything.

Kaleb: Do you have any idea what loneliness can do to a person?

Tyler: I did, and still do. And I’ve grown used to it ever since I came here. Maybe if you had done something to alleviate my problems more than five years ago, I wouldn’t be in this position. The heart is a sensitive muscle, and do you realize how much damage can be done to it if left emotionally untreated?

Kaleb: And there it is, the waterworks. Because Lord knows, when the going gets tough, things get emotionally rough, and something gets to be too challenging, the great Novalion just doesn’t have the capability to put a lid on it. I had already lost respect for you as a human being…but I never dreamed I would see the day I would lose respect for you as a friend.

Tyler: So what are we doing here? Why are you here, then? Just to watch me suffer?

Kaleb: …

Tyler: It’s all ending. Time’s ticking. Part of a story is the ending. And it’s never anything to worry about, especially when it comes naturally, as opposed to someone else on this Earth taking nature and life into their own hands.

Kaleb: You ARE that person, Tyler. You just went off your intended course to take your own life into your own hands, and put it on some rock in the ocean, hoping it’ll one day be gone.

Tyler: And that time is coming fast. I’ve run out of resources. I can’t make anything else anymore. Food ran out two hours ago, I’m on my last good pot before it gives way from the heat, meaning I’ll have no more water. Hunger and dehydration will start tomorrow morning, and if left untreated in a week or so, that’ll be it. And I’ll have found my ending.

Kaleb: I won’t let that happen. I have food and water, waiting for you on the ship. And, once you’re done making a complete and absolute fool of yourself, you can come onboard that ship, and come home. Everyone is waiting for you, and will welcome you back with open arms.


Tyler: No, they won’t.

Kaleb: …I’m not leaving. Not until I convince you to return. I was the last person you were probably expecting to encounter out here, which makes me the only one capable of convincing you to give up this poisonous dream, and come home as a friend.

Tyler: …Stay all you want to. My mind will not change. The world has already gone on without me, it can stay that way. And I could care less what happens to you or anyone else.

Tyler removes his hood to reveal his untreated hair, and takes the pot of boiling water from the fireplace, and immediately pours the scalding water all over his face, drinking some of it, too. Once he’s done, he throws the pot aside, and it breaks before it even hits the wall of the cave. Then, Tyler goes to

his stone bed with a sheet of seaweed to cover him up, and uses his jacket as a pillow.

Tyler: Now, if you’ll excuse me, it’s late. I’m going to try and get one last good night’s rest before I’m done.

Kaleb: Sleeping on a rock with some seaweed and a jacket is not a good night’s rest.

Tyler: Worked for three years, will work a little while longer. So, do whatever you want to, it makes no difference.

Kaleb: …

Tyler: …So go ahead. Say it.

Kaleb: …Sweet dreams, you miserable dermis turtle.

Tyler: Thanks. Good night.

Tyler turns over, and starts to sleep.

Kaleb: …Good night, old friend. Until we try this again.

Before Kaleb departs the cave, we see that Kelsey saw the entire thing from the cave’s window. It is clear that she, too, is just as saddened by what her friend has become, even with a couple of tears

having fallen. She heads back to the ship with the bitter truth having been revealed, and Kaleb emerges from the cave, watching as Kelsey walks back to the ship.

Kaleb: …(SIGH) Not only did she find out the hard way…but she found out the wrong way. No matter what it takes, for her sake, I will mend the wounds of this kid. And bring happiness back to his friend…

~Location Change~

It’s still a quiet night at Fort Silence…until…

(BOOM)


An explosion far in the distance, but loud enough to cause a panic.

FireRyker: There’s been an explosion at the dock that leads to the base!

Commandozer: THE DOCK IS APPROXIMATELY 600 KILOMETERS FROM OUR POSITION. TO HEAR AN EXPLOSION THAT FAR AWAY COULD ONLY MEAN ONE THING.

N: We’re about to have a lot of company.

At the approximate land location of the private dock that takes anyone to the Chaos Syndicate base…

Deltrax: You did well to bring this to my attention, Dreadax. Now, we shall snuff out the Light of Hope, once and for all.

Dreadax: Sir, may I ask why you elected yourself to lead this attack?

Deltrax: You already know why, Director. Now, do not question me again. All forces, advance. Heavy Battalions, follow behind the initial forces, and prepare to let the fugitives know we are here.

Several Xenoian ships begin making their way across the ocean to assault Fort Silence. The base is taking fire, but everyone has managed to get to indoors, away from the Xenoians, for now.

Rockrus: We’re sitting ducks out here!

Thyme: Anybody got an idea on how we’re going to deal with the Xenoians?

Dragomira: Nic, do you think we could get the superweapon back online?

N: No, I disabled that thing for good during our takeover of the base. We can’t rely on that.

Commandozer: PERHAPS THE ONLY OPTION LEFT IS EVACUATION UNTIL WE CAN STAGE A PROPER COUNTERATTACK.

Dragonera: Commandozer may be right. We need to get whatever supplies we can onboard The Galvanized, and get as far away from here as possible!

Englond: Then it is settled. We may have just arrived here, but it will not be in vain. Everyone, get everything you can aboard The Galvanized, and we will leave this place.

Snowbird (Comm.): Team, come in. Am I hearing right that you’re planning on abandoning the base and getting out of here onboard the ship?

Englond: That is correct, Snowbird. Is the ship ready?

Snowbird: We just need a few more minutes to get the Exon engineers back online. But I will send my team out to help you with whatever you need.


A silent time-lapse commences of the heroes frantically avoiding fire from the distant Xenoians, who draw ever closer as the heroes get anything that isn’t nailed down onboard The Galvanized in the hopes

of escaping to fight another day.

Tarax: We’ve caught them in the middle of their evacuation! Talk about unlucky!

Deltrax: We have our orders from Lord Xeno himself. We will deliver without question. Scouts, escort our special guests to the front lines, and begin rounding up the fugitives until I arrive.

Xenoian Scout: Yes, Governor!

Deltrax: Aquorax, Tarax, Valax, advance until Technax, Dreadax and I arrive.

Valax: As you wish, Governor.

Two Xenoian ships fly out from the main one that carries Deltrax, and make a beeline towards Fort Silence. Deployed on the platforms of the base with a handful of Xenoian troops are the aforementioned

Xenoians that Deltrax ordered to go ahead, as well as Jade, Kaizen, Pawar, Alph, and C.A.B.L.E.

Tarax: Let’s make a mess!

Aquorax: Advance and attack!

Phantom: Here they come!

Madame V.: Don’t let a single one escape, we can’t let them track us!

Several of the heroes break off to battle the Xenoian troops. However, the five who are captured go directly for heroes that matter to them…

Jade: Hello, brothers.

FireRyker: Great, you again.

Silverbolt: Gracie, come back to us!

Jade: Your chances of freeing me are futile. And now, you shall see!

Alph: (HOWL)

T. Meteor: Bro, our dog is out here! And she looks more like her Wolf-Like ancestors!

Rockrus: I’m coming to help!

Phantom: No, brother, you continue leading the evacuation. I will assist our sister in freeing the family pet.

Rockrus: Good luck!


Dawn: It takes four to make the Four Vigils!

Kaizen: Sorry, but that band broke up! And we’re about to show you why!

Dusk: Bring it on, boys! You ain’t got anything against us: Two people who’ve been dealing with Xenoians since you both went rouge!

Pawar: Who’s the Rouge here, marauder?!

C.A.B.L.E.: This is C.A.B.L.E. I have located Syren Englond.

Deltrax (Comm.): Remember, Cybernetically-Augmented-Being with Limitless-Expertise: I want her alive.

C.A.B.L.E.: Your faith will be rewarded.

Englond: C.A.B.L.E. …you were pathetic as a traitor, more-so as a Xenoian.

C.A.B.L.E.: I prefer to call this my realization. I now know what I am, and will not fail my new masters!

It’s a frantic warzone across Fort Silence, but below in the prison levels, there is a different story to be told…

Ravager: Need a hand?

S. Shadow: …Ravager.

Ravager breaks open the cell that Solidus Shadow resides in.

S. Shadow: And here I thought you left me in the dust.

Ravager: Just this once, I return to you, Leonard. My reasons for being here are mine alone.

S. Shadow: Regardless, you’ve just freed someone who will make the Xenoians suffer.

The duo from the future make their way to the armory, where Solidus Shadow recovers his gear, eyepatch, and kasa.

S. Shadow: Let’s hope they’ve saved some for the two of us.

Ravager: Be warned, Shadow: Some of the fighters up there won’t be happy to see me. Don’t try and stand in my way.

S. Shadow: I didn’t have any intent on doing that. Especially since I still will have a word with you after your efforts to find the Aether Seal nearly doomed us in the future.

Returning to the surface, Tarax and Aquorax have managed to get their Xenoian troops all over the base. Everywhere someone turns, a Xenoian is there.

Aquorax: They will be forced to surrender in mere moments.


Tarax: Or, they’ll get ripped apart trying something brave! (LAUGHS)

Aquorax: Your maniacal attitude sickens both you and me, Tarax.

Tarax: I’ll take that as a compliment!

Valax: Governor Deltrax, the heroes are being forced back away from The Galvanized.

Deltrax: All too easy.

Deltrax, Dreadax, Technax, and the rest of the Xenoian assault force finally arrive.

Deltrax: It is time to end this rebellion, once and for all.

As for the heroes, outnumbered and unmatched…

Vibatron: They’re cornering us!

Lazuli: We’re trapped!

Bulk: But not doomed.

Despite everyone’s best efforts, the inevitable finally happens. Rockrus, FireRyker, Englond, Thyme, Vibatron, Dragonera, T. Meteor, Bulk, Silverbolt, Celestia, Phantom, Lazuli, Commandozer, Dawn, Dusk,

WindRyder, N, Madame V., and Dragomira are all surrounded and corralled in the same place in moments. Eventually, all they can do is watch as Xenoian rifles are pointed at them, and Deltrax

approaching them.

Deltrax: At long last. The rebellion of heroes, the ones who foolishly defend this Earth…your end has finally arrived. I applaud the efforts of all the Xenoians who participated tonight, and our allies.

C.A.B.L.E.: Thank you, governor.

Deltrax: Now, my first demand is simple. Which one of you is Syren Englond?

Englond: Right here, Green-Bean.

Deltrax: You will address me properly as Governor Deltrax of the Xenoian Empire. And the right hand of Lord Xeno himself. Now, Syren Englond…you are the Noctrinian in question?

Englond: It’s no question. I AM Syren Englond of Noctrinus.

Jade: And yet you inhabit a mortal body.

Rockrus: Look, Deltrax, whatever you want from us, you’re not getting it.

FireRyker: Did you happen to notice that ship up there?

Dreadax: That is MY property, The Galvanized!


FireRyker: Not anymore, pal.

Dusk: And guess what’s up there? About a hundred reprogrammed, refurbished, and much-more powerful Exons! All we gotta do is give them the signal, you’re surrounded!

Technax: No machines can surround us so easily.

Deltrax: Enough with the preamble and bluffs. As we close the book of this war once and for all, all I ask from you, Syren Englond, is your complete and unconditional surrender. Or, we will open fire on your friends, one-by-one.

(THUNDER)

Thyme: Thunderstorm?

WindRyder: Looks like the battle isn’t over yet.

?????: ON THE CONTRARY.

By now, night has fallen, and the moon begins to rise…but the Full Moon is not white…it is Emerald Green. And a voice booms from it.

Ronan: AS THE MOON RISES ON THIS PLANET EARTH, SALVATION AT LAST ARRIVES.

Englond: Novalos!

Deltrax: …What?! What do you mean?

Englond: You don’t know what I’m talking about?

Vibatron: It’s happening…Novalos is about to fulfill his wicked dream of destroying Earth!

Dreadax: Governor, they are bluffing! This cannot be the criminal of the 3,000 Year War!

Deltrax: Did you even see Novalos performing anything like this? Lord Xeno has shown me. The worlds this Empire has lost are a result of him. And we will not lose this planet to the criminal!

(THUNDER)

Ronan: THE WILL OF THE HIKARI HAS SPOKEN. EARTH MUST BE CLEANSED TO PREVENT THE XENOIAN EMPIRE FROM CLAIMING IT.

Phantom: This presents a whole new threat...one greater than the Xenoians!

Deltrax: I require an answer, Syren Englond.

Englond: …You already know my answer. HAH!


Suddenly, Englond swiftly gets the jump on a few Xenoians, briefly spars with Deltrax, and then leaps off of the platforms of Fort Silence. Then, she is seen running across the ocean, leaving a small tsunami in

her path, and her Aqua-Armblades starting to enhance.

Rockrus: …WHOA.

T. Meteor: I’ve never seen her move that fast before!

Kaizen: Looks like she’s going after Ronan!

Deltrax: I made a vow to Lord Xeno that I would return with Syren Englond. And my destiny will not be denied!

Rockrus: New mission, everyone! Until Englond gets back, keep the Xenoians away from her!

S. Shadow: I shall help with that!

Suddenly, Solidus Shadow and Ravager emerge from the shadows, leaping into action, and taking down a handful of Xenoians.

Deltrax: Enough games! Destroy them ALL!

Technax: I will send your best troops to go after Englond!

As the skirmish starts all over again, a squadron of Xenoian Elites pursue Englond across the sea.

Deltrax: Remember, I want her alive! Failing me means failing to live!

Rockrus: Thyme, Dragonera, get after them!

Thyme: On it!

Thyme and Dragonera fly off from the fight to pursue the Xenoians pursuing Englond.

Ronan: ANY ATTEMPT AGAINST ME IS FUTILE. AS I HAVE DONE FOR MANY CENTURIES, STARTING WITH NOCTRINUS AND ZOCHAIAS, THIS WORLD’S MOON, EMPOWERED BY THE HIKARI, SHALL BE THE FINAL GIFT THIS WORLD RECEIVES, AS THEY SOON SEE FREEDOM FROM THE XENOIAN EMPIRE.

Englond: Not if I can help it!

Xenoian Elite: Target in sight!

Dragonera: Not so fast, pal!

Dragonera and Thyme catch up, and start respectively using their magic and arrows to deal with the Xenoian fighter crafts. Englond pays no attention to the conflict behind her, only keeping her sights on

Ronan.


Englond: Ronan! If you can hear me, then take me to you! I will not let Earth fall to your Dream of Illusions!

Ronan: YOU ARE BUT AN ANT BENEATH MY FOOT, QUEEN ENGLOND. BUT IF YOU ARE DETERMINED TO SEE THROUGH TO THE END, THEN COME. COME AND FACE YOUR DESTINY, AND YOUR DOOM!

An emerald beam shines down on the ocean just a couple miles out from where Englond is running.

Englond: No matter what happens next, I will emerge victorious. And Earth will continue to prosper!

As Englond reaches and ascends the Emerald Light, we return to Fort Silence.

Valax: They fight admirably, but to no avail.

Deltrax: They have wasted enough of my time. Now, I shall enter the battle, and take matters into my own hands!

Dreadax: If you go, Deltrax, then I shall be at your side.

Technax: We all will.

Deltrax: Let none stand in your way. Take no prisoners!

Deltrax draws his Naginata, Valax readies her magic, Tarax cracks all of the bones in his body, Aquorax readies his Trident, and Technax prepares an arsenal of weaponry very similar to C.A.B.L.E.’s. Then, they

all proceed into the fray, dodging the flying bodies of unconscious Xenoians as they are beaten.

Dragomira: We have to buy them time!

N: Snowbird, how’s The Galvanized coming?!

Snowbird: Oh, it’s going, all right!

Onboard the ship, we see some rebooted Exons fighting Xenoians, with Snowbird at the front lines.

Snowbird: We had an infestation, and now the exterminator is on deck!

Xenoian: Cripple those traitorous machines!

Rockrus: Time to see what you’re made of, Deltrax!

Despite his advanced age, Deltrax proves to be an admirable wielder of his naginata. Even Rockrus is having to put all his might into defending himself. All around him, not only are the remaining heroes

fighting the Xenoians, but the other top Xenoian warriors are in the fray as well. It’s a warzone for sure.

FireRyker: CJ, any chance you could start getting those brain-worms out of our friends?!

Celestia: I need time to ready a special tsunami!

Madame V.: We’ll give it to you!

Ravager: It appears The Future is whole again.

N: As much as I would like to keep it that way, I will have a word with you when this is over, AJ.

S. Shadow: Where has father and mother gone?

WindRyder: Both are away from here. Probably disappointed in your fighting style!

S. Shadow: Oh, really?!

S. Shadow sends a dozen streams of molten steel liquid across the platform, and raises hardened, steel fists from the liquids, each one unsuspecting to a Xenoian that gets punched.

Dragomira: Still the same punisher as always!

S. Shadow: Focus on the fight, will you?!

T. Meteor: C.A.B.L.E.! I never got to thank you for the sweet upgrades…that I’m now gonna use to kick your butt!

C.A.B.L.E.: That’s a bold hypothesis to make, Saryn. Do you plan to see the experiment through?

T. Meteor: Shut up, already! Take this!

Techno Meteor charges in with a fistful of Techno-Cosmic energy aimed at C.A.B.L.E. But…

Alph: (HOWL) BARK, BARK!

Alph leaps in and knocks her owner to the side.

T. Meteor: Oh, come on! Why do I gotta deal with you right now?!

Alph: BARK, BARK, BARK!

The vicious wolf that Alph has begun shows just how much she’s changed. Attacking her owner, Techno Meteor, is all just another round of fun to be had.


C.A.B.L.E.: …Perhaps it is time I took matters into my own hands.

C.A.B.L.E. gets his Algorithm Axe out, strikes the floor, and sends a grid of information through the base, with one objective in mind.

C.A.B.L.E.: To make sure no one gets out of here alive…Commence Self-Destruct sequence!

Commandozer: ALERT! FORT SILENCE SELF-DESTRUCT SEQUENCE HAS BEEN INITIATED BY AN UNKNOWN PARTY. T-MINUS 10 MINUTES UNTIL MASSIVE IMPLOSION.

Lazuli: What’s gonna blow up!?

Commandozer: THE BASE’S CENTRAL POWER CORE. THE PROCESS CANNOT BE UNDONE.

Technax: C.A.B.L.E., you fool! What are you doing?!

C.A.B.L.E.: I advise you to start trapping the heroes here, and make your own plans of evacuation. This is the only way we will win.

Deltrax: I will not let these fugitives fall dishonorably!

Rockrus: And we’re not gonna let you get out of this so easily!

A few more moments of Rockrus and Deltrax’s duel, and the conflict overall, until we at last return to Englond. Fully ascending the Emerald Column into space, she eventually arrives in a sub-dimension

within Earth’s Moon. But, mere moments before she goes to meet her destiny…

Englond: …

Briefly, she separates her spirit to talk with the body she possesses, Caroline.

Englond: If you go any farther, there will be no turning back.

Caroline: We’ll see this through. Together.

Englond: Very well. I thank you for letting me see through your eyes. No matter what happens today, Earth will still be your home.

Finally, Englond arrives in an area that evokes similarity to where Novalos was exiled in Kaonia, now more in the style of an arena. Landing inside, she looks up, and Novalos is already there waiting.

Englond: You.

Ronan: Yes. ME.

Ronan now has Emerald power surging all around him. He is also unhooded, revealing his crisp, cyan hair. And, floating right beside him, the Hikari, fully repowered, and having taken on a new form.


Ronan: You came here to protect the planet which I came to save.

Englond: If, by ‘save’, you mean destroy.

Ronan: All those years you spent in benevolence have weakened you. I, on the other hand, remain as strong as I ever have been, thanks to thousands of planets yielding to my will.

Englond: I now understand what the Hikari truly is: A blade to be wielded by a madman.

Ronan: I had hoped Novalion would’ve saved me the trouble of this task, but instead, he proved himself useless.

Englond: He would’ve never submitted to you, much less use the full power of that blade for its intended purpose.

Ronan: Once, he wielded 10% of its power. Then, 50% before he gave it up. Now…

Ronan grabs the Hikari.

Ronan: I wield 100% of its power…and perhaps more when I finish with you.

Englond: Look closely at this face, Novalos…for it shall be the last you ever see!

Englond draws The Relic, which has also been empowered.

Ronan: (CHUCKLES) It pleases me that the last Queen of Noctrinus has such misplaced valor. Now, it is time that I end the legacy of the Light!

Ronan descends, ready to do battle.

Ronan: And just so you know how sincere my intentions are…

Ronan changes his face. While he still retains his spectral glow, it is clear he is impersonating someone.

Ronan: The last face you see won’t be mine. Instead, it will be that of the man I had hoped would one day betray you: Novalion.

Englond: !!!

The added psychological terror of seeing Novalion’s face in place of Ronan’s as he wields the fully-powered Hikari sends a cruel chill down Englond’s spine.

Englond: I…I am not…afraid of you! And you will not desecrate this poor man’s memory!

Ronan: Oh, but I already have. He lies in exile now, waiting to join you and the rest of your people when I am finished with this Earth!

Englond: I’m done talking! It is time to end this!


Ronan: The time to decide who is destined to fight for justice has come at last! And you will fall, HERE!

A final battle between Noctrinian legends commences: Syren Englond vs. Novalos the Great. Fortunately, Englond came prepared, with her both Aqua-Armblades and The Relic at their strongest

capacity. However, the Hikari’s creator proves far too capable to handle, and Englond is already knocked to the ground in moments. Worst of all, the man who fights has taken the face of an old friend, and

maintains a constant grimace at all times.

Ronan: (LAUGHS) What did you hope to accomplish when you came here? Did you believe I would have not been prepared for you after all the time we spent together?!

Englond: You dishonored two heroes in your time on this Earth! First, you steal Kaleb away from me, and now you disrespect Novalion!

Ronan: There’s nothing left to disrespect of him. Even now, as I speak, he mocks your name and memory. Just as was planned when he gave up the Hikari back to me!

~Location Change~

Ronan continues to speak, but we switch over to Novalion in his cave. The campfire has gone out, but he’s tossing and turning in his sleep…

Ronan: Even now, I rend his soul apart with the legacy he left behind on all of you! Perhaps I will let him live long enough to witness your final demise!

Novalion: (SCREAMS)

Kaleb: Tyler!

Kelsey: Quickly!

Ronan: Your servants continue to fail you, and they fail to save your so-called ‘successor.’ Nothing can change that!

Kelsey: What’s wrong with him?!

Kaleb: He’s in a nightmare. Wake him up!

Kelsey: No, wait, look!

Novalion’s eyes are open, and Emerald Light pours from them. His veins also surge with Emerald energy. A side-effect of Novalos taking Novalion’s face for his own.

Novalion: (STRUGGLES)

Kaleb: I’m going inside! You try and deal with him here!


Kaleb does not hesitate as he moves to possess Novalion’s body, as has been seen by other specters in past episodes. Wisp, on the other hand, came prepared with her book and Cambuca. She starts

frantically going through the spells to try and break the connection between Novalion and Novalos.

Kelsey: Be strong, Tyler! We came here to save you, and we won’t fail!

~Location Change~

Back at Fort Silence, while the battle between heroes and Xenoians still rages, the Emerald Moon gets higher in the sky.

Valax: Our forces are struggling, Governor! We cannot maintain control of this base for much longer before it blows!

Deltrax: I am not going to abandon the mission!

Ronan: OH, BUT YOU WILL, DELTRAX. IN FACT, YOUR MISSION HAS ALREADY FAILED.

Commandozer: WE HAVE SIX MINUTES AND FIFTY-TWO SECONDS UNTIL DETONATION.

Rockrus: We’ve got to move towards the ship! Everyone, get onboard!

Snowbird: Just about got the weapon systems back online, Rocky! We’ll cover you as you get onboard!

Technax: Governor, we’re receiving reports from the Maelstrom Cannon station! They are under attack!

Deltrax: How is that possible?!

Technax: Apparently, they are taking massive surges of energy that match the color of the moon!

Deltrax: Novalos…!

Dreadax: We cannot let the plans be destroyed, nor can we risk letting them fall into enemy hands! For the sake of the Empire, Governor Deltrax, we must pull all of our forces out to ensure the Maelstrom Cannon’s plans return to Xeno!

Aquorax: Director Dreadax is correct. We must evacuate, now!

Deltrax: (GROWL)

N: Weapons are online! Fire at will, Alyssa!

Snowbird: All Exons! For the Glory of the Light Nexus!

Exons: FOR THE GLORY OF THE LIGHT NEXUS!

(BOOM)

The Galvanized gets in the air, and starts firing all of its cannons and other weapons on Fort Silence.


Bulk: Our escape is open!

FireRyker: Get moving, Bulk! We’ve still gotta get our friends!

Celestia: I have an idea about that! Lure them onto the ship! If we can trap them onboard, I can easily flood the room!

Silverbolt: Hey, ‘sis! Come and get me!

Jade: Still a little rebel, aren’t you, Daniel!?

Alph: (HOWL)

T. Meteor: Alright, I’ve had enough of this! Catch me if you can!

Dawn: Time to go!

Kaizen: You ain’t getting away that easily!

C.A.B.L.E.: …The fools. They’re all falling right into the trap.

Technax: And unfortunately for you, you’re not in any better of a position.

Technax presses a button on one of his gauntlets, and shuts C.A.B.L.E. down like a computer. Two Xenoians drag his lifeless body behind Technax as the Xenoians commence evacuation. Deltrax,

however, is still fighting Rockrus, even as they both make their way to The Galvanized.

Deltrax: I won’t let you escape so easily!

Rockrus: I’m through with this! HYAH!

Rockrus tries to sweep Deltrax’s legs, but the clever Xenoian Governor is fast enough, and manages to get a clean slice on Rockrus’ shoulder, leaving an emerald cut.

Rockrus: GAH!

Deltrax: One snap of my fingers, and I will reduce you to Cosmic Dust.

Rockrus: Ngh…!

Deltrax: …Or maybe I’ll just do it anyway. (SNAP)

Just as the emerald wound starts to glow, something comes and cauterizes it…

(WHOOSH)

Rockrus: (SCREAMS)

S. Shadow: Get away from my Uncle!


Solidus Shadow sent a stream of liquid metal to prevent Rockrus from getting destroyed by Deltrax. Deltrax turns to see Shadow rushing him with streams of liquid metal at his side, and his kasa ready to

toss.

Deltrax: You think yourself worthy to challenge me?!

S. Shadow: No, but I know when I’ve got a Xenoian on the ropes!

Deltrax: (WHACK) AGH!

The streams of liquid metal form into powerful, solid steel fists, and Deltrax is dropped to his knees. Shadow grabs Deltrax with his Kasa, and sends the two flying towards the ocean. Deltrax is tossed aside

as the Metal Kasa comes back like a trusty boomerang.

Deltrax: (SCREAMS)

S. Shadow: Get up!

Rockrus: (GROAN)

Shadow helps his uncle up, and the two get to The Galvanized. Onboard, we see Jade, Kaizen, Pawar, and Alph all pursuing Celestia and a few other heroes into a different room.

Celestia: Stay back, folks! This is gonna get messy!

Silverbolt: Am I at least gonna be able to see how it turns out?

T. Meteor: Move it, dummy!

Pawar: Celestia’s split off! Let’s go get her!

Jade: Whatever she is up to, it will not work!

The four brainwashed heroes take the bait, and follow Celestia into a room that immediately seals the door.

Celestia: Hope you all learned how to swim. (YELLS)

Outside the ship, Celestia summons a torrent of water into the pipes of The Galvanized, and floods the room she’s in. Thanks to her modified abilities during her capture from the Xenoians, the water turns

black, and already starts to cause a panic to the four.

Alph: BARK, BARK, BARK, BARK!

Kaizen: (SCREAMS) Not water! I hate water!

Jade: What is this?!


Celestia: Freedom.

Pawar: Brace yourselves!

In a matter of moments, the entire room gets flooded. Jade, Kaizen, Pawar, and Alph all fall unconscious, and the four brain worms that possessed them during their time with the Xenoians are all flushed out.

Then, Celestia drains the room, and opens the door.

FireRyker: Good night, uglies.

FireRyker is already there, and uses both his pistol and revolver to deal with the worms. While unconscious, it is evident the four heroes are now free.

Celestia: I think that did it.

FireRyker: Leave them here, we’ll deal with them later! Right now, we gotta go after Englond!

Now, Fort Silence has been almost completely vacated. One minute remains until it blows.

Ronan: LEAVE THIS PLACE IF YOU WISH. IT MATTERS LITTLE WHERE YOU GO. YOU WILL NOT ESCAPE BEFORE THE EARTH IS ENGULFED BY MY POWER.

Dreadax: Governor!

Dreadax’s Xenoian aircraft manages to recover Deltrax, who took a nasty fall into the waters.

Ronan: I TAKE NO PLEASURE IN THE DESTRUCTION OF A SPECIES. THIS IS SIMPLY THE ONLY WAY THE XENOIANS MUST BE DEALT WITH. AND AT THE END OF IT ALL, THE LIGHT AND DARKNESS THAT YOU SEE IS NOTHING MORE THAN YOUR COMFORT. IT IS I WHO CONTROL IT NOW, AND I WHO WILL SHOW YOU WHAT TRUE FREEDOM IS.

Snowbird: Get the engines going! We’re going after Englond!

Ronan: MAKE PEACE WITH YOUR SOULS NOW. AND ENJOY THE LAST MOMENTS YOU HAVE IN BOTH LIGHT AND DARKNESS. FOR I AM THE LIGHT! I AM THE DARK! I AM NOVALOS.

(BOOM)

Just in the nick of time, all the Xenoians and heroes of the Light manage to escape from Fort Silence as it completes its Self-Destruct sequence. The explosion chases The Galvanized for a few seconds, but

manages to die out before it can cause any more damage.

Englond: How many more lies can you tell yourself?! How much more will it take to satisfy your hatred for the Xenoians?!

Ronan: It will never be enough until the Xenoians are the ones who become extinct!

Englond: (YELLS)


Englond tries to charge Ronan again, but gets knocked aside, just as before.

Ronan: You claim to fight for peace…but have you any idea what that really means?

Dragonera: We know what peace is!

Suddenly, Thyme and Dragonera show up to join the fight.

Englond: Thyme! Dragonera!

Thyme: Couldn’t let you have all the fun.

Dragonera: And none of us wants to see our favorite water-bender get beaten up by this old relic!

Ronan: It appears the Xenoian Elites were of no trouble to you…but now, having joined with your friend, you will share her fate.

Thyme: Wipe that ugly smirk off your face, bub!

Dragonera: And face us as Novalos, not Novalion!

Ronan: You misunderstand. This is the last face you shall lay eyes upon. The face of the one who was meant to betray you!

Ronan charges both Thyme and Dragonera. The two do manage to hold their own for a little bit, but Thyme gets knocked right beside Englond first. Dragonera catches the Hikari between her magic hands,

but struggles to keep the blade away.

Dragonera: Ngh…!

Ronan: Tell me, did you ever care for Novalion as much as you care for Rockrus?

Dragonera: Try and manipulate my thoughts again, and the last thing that’ll go through your ghostly head is my fist!

Ronan: Shame.

Dragonera: WHOA!

Dragonera gets tossed aside. All three of the original heroines from Season 1 are backed into a corner, unsure of what to do.

Ronan: I had always wondered if you were prepared to spend the rest of your days taking orders from a worthless queen. It appears I was right.

Thyme: She’s not worthless!

Dragonera: She’s our friend!


Englond: And you, Novalos…no matter how hard you try, you will never win. You may have ended countless and unknown civilizations across the universe, but at the end of the day…you are no better than the Xenoians!

Ronan: !!!

Ronan snaps. In his rage, he puts all of his power into the Hikari, and strikes Englond, Dragonera, and Thyme all to their breaking points. Battered, beaten, and unsure of what to do, it does not look good.

Ronan: The Xenoians are the only reason I fight! They motivate me to hunt them down! You, on the other hand, are insects, animals that must be cast aside!

Back on The Galvanized…

Snowbird: The ship is scanning the entire planet…all Xenoian forces are evacuating Earth!

Vibatron: Looks like Novalos spooked them all.

(BOOM)

An explosion in the sky is seen.

Commandozer: THE MAELSTROM CANNON HAS BEEN DESTROYED. IT IS LOGICALLY THE WORK OF NOVALOS.

WindRyder: Get us as close to Ronan as you can, Alyssa!

Rockrus: We’re not going to lose our planet in any way possible! Ronan, Xeno, Zodiac, nobody will ever take it from us!

All across the planet, we see Xenoians evacuating back into space, and jumping into their own form of lightspeed, knowing that Novalos has taken the planet they tried to take themselves. Although silent, we

do see Governor Deltrax reawaken on his ship, but with a stern scowl on his face, knowing that he has just failed.

Madame V.: What are we gonna do? Fire on the Moon?

Snowbird: Unless anyone has other suggestions, that is exactly what we’re going to do! Open fire!

(BOOM)

The Galvanized fires everything it has at Earth’s moon. In the sub-dimension, the arena where Ronan, Englond, Thyme, and Dragonera are begins to shake and fall apart.

Ronan: Your friends will not stop me. Nothing can stop me now!

Englond: Novalos…do you know what will never be defeated?


Ronan: What?

Englond: Humans may fall apart, they may not have the greatest of strengths…but something that will never die…is our SPIRIT!

Englond regains most of her strength, and begins to glow with light, charging at Ronan, and managing to hold her own. Now, she is only wielding The Relic, as its combined elemental energies begin to fill the

arena.

Englond: We never give up! Not under any face of oppression, any Edge of Adversity!

Ronan: (GROWL)

This new power of light then empowers both Dragonera and Thyme, allowing them to get up and join with Englond in starting to stand a chance against Ronan.

Dragonera: Today, we use our power to fell an ancient warrior…one who desecrates the memories of countless, and wrongly manipulates the power of light!

Thyme: And know that after today, mankind will go on in the battle against the forces of evil, including the Xenoians!

Ronan: Do you really believe you’ll win against the Empire?! Even if you were to get out of here alive, even if I were to be defeated, nothing can stop the Xenoians! Nothing except me!

Englond: What you seek is destruction! And that is not what we will let occur anymore!

It’s all or nothing now. A final stand against Novalos the Great, and the strength of the Hikari. Eventually, Ronan starts to get tired…

Ronan: (PANTS) No…I won’t lose like this!

Englond: Dragonera!

Dragonera: I’ve got it!

Dragonera lifts Ronan with her magic, and begins to rend his psyche apart.

Ronan: AGH!

Thyme: Just for good measure!

Thyme unloads an entire clip of arrows on Ronan, and they actually pierce right through his spectral form. Eventually, Ronan loses the face of Novalion that he has kept for the entire fight.

Ronan: NO, NO! I won’t let you win!

Englond: There is only one way to end this now!


Englond charges, and puts all of her energy into finishing off Ronan. While he does manage to defend with the Hikari for one last strike, Englond then does what no one was expecting.

Englond: (YELLS)

(SLASH)

In the swiftest motion she has ever given, Englond slices the Hikari right in half, effectively rendering the blade useless. Now, a powerless Ronan begins to lose all of his power.

Ronan: No, no, NO! (SCREAMS)

Thyme: This whole place is coming apart!

Dragonera: Time to leave! Enjoy your demise, Ronan!

The trio of heroines manage to find a spot in the arena to evacuate, but Ronan isn’t finished yet.

Ronan: I won’t let you escape! You will perish here with me!

Disregarding the Hikari, Ronan flies right after his enemies.

Ronan: You won’t live long enough to regret your foolhardy bravado, Englond! (SINISTER LAUGH)

Thyme: This guy doesn’t give up easy!

Ronan: I will destroy you all!

Englond: I’m through with talking!

Ronan: Then our paths both end here!

Dragonera: I hate to point this out, but uh, Englond?! You’re still glowing! And, I think it’s starting to get out of control!

Englond: I know.

Ronan: So, you foolishly used all of your power to stop me?! (LAUGHS) Laughable! You have given yourself to your own doom, Syren!

Englond: Not doom…if my family survives! (YELLS)

Englond charges Ronan one last time, and strikes him very hard with her Aqua-Armblades. Finally, as light gives way, Englond’s spirit separates from Caroline.

Ronan: (YELLS)

Englond: Novalos! We will fall together!


And, in the blink of an eye, Englond manages to drag Ronan back up the shaft, and out into space.

Ronan: NNNOOOOO!!!!

And, the two spirits of Novalos and Englond disappear into space. The emerald energy surrounding Earth’s moon dissipates.

Snowbird: Cease fire!

Silence. Everything has returned to normal for the moment. Then, we see three figures approaching from the moon towards The Galvanized. Thyme and Dragonera, both carrying an unconscious Caroline,

who is somehow holding onto The Relic.

FireRyker: I’ll be dipped.

Dragomira: They made it!

There is hardly a time for celebration, however. Once the three get back onto the bridge of the ship, everyone comes to see Caroline, who begins to regain consciousness as she is laid on the floor.

Caroline: (COUGH)

Bulk: Your majesty?

Phantom: Are you alright?

Caroline: I…I think so…Oof…

Englond: Heroes of the Light.

Englond’s voice comes from somewhere, but she is nowhere to be seen.

Englond: I, Syren Englond, thank you all for your aid. From Zodiac, to the Xenoians, and Novalos, I have never before seen such valor and courage. You all truly shine amongst the greatest heroes of old.

All: …

Englond: And now, my time has finally come. I will finally ensure that Novalos never robs peace from any worlds again. And in my place, I leave to you these words: Keep fighting the noblest of fights.

All: …

Englond: Above all else, do not lament my absence. You have grown as strong as you could be, even without me. And to you, Caroline…

Caroline: Yes, your majesty?


Englond: Know that my power still resides in you. The Relic remains yours to wield. Use them as you wish. And never give up, no matter how hard anything seems. You have earned my name…my title. But through your eyes, I learned what it meant to truly be a hero. For that, I thank you, and your friends.

Caroline: …You…you’re welcome.

Englond: Now, go, heroes…and bring peace back to your home.

Silence. Englond is gone.

Caroline: Well…that was definitely hairy…

Silverbolt: We won, didn’t we?

Snowbird: Yes, Silverbolt. Today was indeed a win. The Xenoians have left Earth, and Ronan is no longer a threat.

Rockrus: And best of all, we’re all still here, breathing. As heroes. As family.

FireRyker: Oh, gosh, I’m gonna start crying now…

Rockrus: We still have a mission to fulfill…we still have to welcome Novalion back with open arms, and help Earth rebuild after all that the Xenoians did.

N: How do we do that?

Rockrus: However we must.

Caroline: And we’ll do it together. Let all who oppose us come our way. We’ve proven today that nothing can defeat us.

Dragonera: Earth will always be ours to protect.

Vibatron: And we’ll see it to the very end.

~Location Change~

And, even back on Novalion’s island, peace has returned there as well. Kaleb emerges back from Novalion, who no longer struggles after being possessed by Novalos. Wisp also begins to heal him with

her magic.

Kaleb: This is just the first step. He’ll soon see that we do still care for him.

Kelsey: Somehow…I feel like tonight was a great night for everyone else.

Kaleb: It was. I saw everything as it happened, even while trying to keep Novalion’s mind together. The Xenoians and Ronan are gone. We can return to a home with reestablished peace. And the perfect way to welcome Novalion home.


Kelsey: For now, we let him rest.

Kaleb: It may be quite some time before he wakes up. But when he does, we’ll still be here.

It is a time of celebration now. The Xenoians are gone, Ronan is gone…all is at peace…


ACT 3

Location: Xenoian FleetCharacters: Englond, Ronan, Deltrax, Xeno

…That is, at least on Earth. The same cannot be said for the Xenoians, who just came back to their main fleet in distant space in a panic. We see Xeno sitting on his throne, watching as a grieving Governor

Deltrax approaches and kneels…

Deltrax: …My lord…I…but, you already know, don’t you?

Xeno: I do. But speak it so I am not deceived.

Deltrax: I…regret to inform you that my mission was a failure. Novalos resurfaced, and forced all of the Xenoians off of Earth. We…have failed to uphold your wishes. Xeno gets off of his throne and approaches Deltrax. But just before he can step in front of him…

A flash of light engulfs the room. And, separating Deltrax and Xeno, two spirits. Englond, who has successfully chained Ronan with her water powers.

Englond: I believe you know who this is.

Ronan: Ngh…!

Xeno: …Novalos. You have interfered with my plans for the last time.

Xeno kneels to look Novalos in his eyes.

Xeno: …Just what manner of creature do you think you are? To defile our empire for so long?

Ronan: You should know, Malvorax. I am a being who cannot be destroyed. It is beyond your power…anyone’s power.

Xeno: It would not seem so. At last, the time has come to be rid of you.

Xeno raises his right hand, and Light Aether energy begins to surge.

Xeno: For your crimes against the Xenoian Empire, the 3,000 Year War, and your attempted destruction of Earth…I herby sentence you to an eternity in the Aether. An eternity…with ME.


Ronan: …Heh. You cannot see it…but I do.

Xeno: What? What do you see?

Ronan: I see your defeat. The Light and Darkness that you command…they turn on you in your hour of need. And it is they who shall command you.

Xeno: You should have chosen your final words more carefully.

Xeno stands, and fires a blast of Light Aether right at Ronan. The spirit of Novalos dissipates into nothing, leaving only Englond’s spirit. And, as a further sign that Novalos is truly gone, Xeno now holds

the Hikari is his right hand.

Englond: Lord Xeno, I am Syren Englond, the last Queen of Noctrinus. And I thank you for ridding the universe of a vile monster.

Xeno: You are quite welcome. And I also must thank you…

Englond: For what?

(STAB)

Englond: (SCREAMS)

Despite being a spirit, Deltrax manages to get some pain out of Englond with his naginata, right from behind her back.

Deltrax: For redeeming my mission. And giving Lord Xeno more power.

Englond: Agh…!

Xeno: The Hikari has grown weak since its creator is now gone…perhaps you shall serve as compensation.

Englond: No…!

Englond’s spirit is next to get blasted, this time by Xeno’s left hand, which uses Dark Aether. Now, the Hikari is fully powered once again, and Xeno wields it now. As for Englond…she is gone, with not a trace

of her left.

Deltrax: It would seem my mission was not a failure after all.

Xeno: No, it was not. And, I have already been informed that your officials managed to obtain the schematics of the final Maelstrom Cannon before it was destroyed.

Deltrax: What do you plan to do next, my liege?


Xeno: I still require more pieces of the puzzle…and when I am ready, we shall return to Earth in full force.

Xeno walks back to his throne.

Xeno: And this time, I shall oversee everything. This will be the planet that shall sustain our Empire for eternity. Our new home.

Deltrax: And without Englond or anyone else to wield the Hikari? Nothing will stand in your way.

Xeno: Precisely, Deltrax. No one is ready…for what comes next.
