The SLC may sanction the above amounts to the units as incentives under IIPP 2005-10, IIPP 10-15& T-IDEA Scheme.

The SLC has examined the recommendations of the Verification / Scrutiny Committee and decided to sanction eligible incentives / concessions to the industrial units as mentioned below under various schemes:

1. Investment Subsidy: Sanctioned investment subsidy to (08) units under IIPP 2010-15 /T-IDEA Schemes and the list is appended as Annexure – I

2. 100% Reimbursement of Stamp Duty sanctioned to (03) units under IIPP 2010-15 /T-IDEA Schemesand the list is appended as Annexure – II.

3. 25% Reimbursement of Land Conversion Charges sanctioned to (01) units under IIPP 2010-15 /T-IDEA Schemesand the list is appended as Annexure – III.

4. Reimbursement Interest Subsidy (PAVALA VADDI SCHEME)sanctioned to (65) units under IIPP 2010-15 /T-IDEA Schemes and the list is appended as Annexure – IV.

5. Reimbursement of Sales Tax Sanctioned reimbursement of Sales Tax to (37) units IIPP 2010-15 /T-IDEA Schemes. The list is appended as Annexure – V.

*Sanction of Sales Tax Reimbursment to the units at Sl.No. 03, 10, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21 & 30 are differed for want of confirmation of the details of the Form-A of the respective units by the CT department.

6. Reimbursement of Power cost: Sanctioned the reimbursement of power cost to (59) units under IIPP2010-15 /T-IDEA Schemesand the list is appended as Annexure – VI.

3. Reimbursement of Power Cost: Sanctioned reimbursement of Power Cost to (SC – 01 & ST – 01)units to SCSP/TSP under IIPP 2010-15 & T-PRIDE and the list is appended as Annexure – XII, XIII.

NOTE ON RELEASE OF SANCTIONED INCENTIVES / CONCESSIONS TO THE UNITS AS ON 12.03.2018

I. General Incentives

· Government has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 11,02,59,000/- (Rupees eleven crores two lakhs and fifty nine thousands only) towards Incentives for Industrial Promotion under the General schemes plan from the BE Provision 2017-18 under the Head of accounts 2851-00-800-25-SH(08)-310-312 and 2852-80-800-25-SH(04)-310-312 vide GO Rt No. 7 dt. 22/1/2018 of Industries & Commerce (IP & INF) Department.

· Government has sanctioned an amount of Rs. 100,00,00,000/- (Rupees hundred crores only) towards Incentives for Industrial Promotion under the General schemes plan from the BE Provision 2017-18 under the Head of accounts 2851-00-800-25-SH(08)-310-312 vide GO Rt No. 16 dt. 8/2/2018 of Industries & Commerce (IP & INF) Department, towards meeting expenditure for clearing the pending arrears of incentives to Cotton Ginning Mills

· Letter of Credits for the above sanctions are awaited from DTO, Hyderabad.

· Subsequent to receipt of LOC necessary release orders will be issued.
