I. IALBATROS IN FEW WORDS
iAlbatros is an Online hotel booking platform designed specifically for corporate travellers. Our platform is tool for clients with value customized user interface, which enable self-booking process, internal trip approval system, central billing and spend control.
Referencing: iAlbatros references for its clients their preferred and most booked hotels. That way, travellers can find and book easily their favourite hotels on iAbatros tool and what preserve your partnership with the company. The corporation will then reference a single provider (iAlbatros) in its ERP system
Booking: iAlbatros book the hotels on behalf of its clients. The traveller connect to iAlbatros, choose the hotel to book and gets a Voucher for booking confirmation which guarantee for the client the reservation and for the hotel the payment.
Payment: Hotels are paid by iAlbatros through a ‘single use’ virtual card number ensuring highly secured transactions as for each reservation, the system generates a new virtual card number with value limit and dates of use. iAlbatros can issue either bank transfer, vNett payment system (Mastercard) or vPayment system (AMEX) or Visa credit card. iAlbatros is paid by its clients according the client invoicing preference (either through bank settlement, Amex or Airplus lodge card or credit card).

II. RATES LOADING AND BOOKING PROCESSES
There are several ways for a hotel to make its rates available for iAlbatros Corporate Customers through iAlbatros tool. In your case, we recommend GDS in order to have always your best available and dynamic rates online. In addition to this, you will be able to monitor our production through our GDS codes.

If our hotel is GDS bookable, iAlbatros rate will be load via GDS (TravelPort Galileo/Appolo or Amadeus) IATA NUMBER 96 102521

Hotel will receive reservation via GDS system according to the rate loadedby hotel and availability. Reservation made via GDS does not require any hotelconfirmation and is automatically registered in hotel reservation system.

iAlbatros inserts credit card and invoicing details into the PNR of each reservation.
iAlbatros sends the payment guaranty, it mentions only iAlbatros as iAlbatros covers payment for our Client and hotel receive it from iAlbatros credit card. Invoice should be issued for iAlbatros (and not for the Client). iAlbatros sends the credit card details by e-mail 5 days before check-in.
