This is a step by step on how to complete your project.

1. Open power point.2. The first slide should be a title slide (you can change layouts on the home ribbon)

3. Add new slides 2-37. These will use the title and content layout.4. Slide 2 will be titled Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources

a. The content of slide 2 will be:i. Six jobs that you research in the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources

cluster. ii. For each of the six jobs, you will give a small description.

5. Slides 3 – 17 you will title with the name of each cluster. In the content area, you list six jobs and give a small description – just like in slide 2. There are sixteen clusters in all.

6. Slide 18 – you will title it Jobs and Information.

7. Slide 19 will be your favorite job from Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources. You will place some information about this job on the slide.

8. Slides 20 – 36 will be similar to slide 19. You will go through each of the clusters, select your favorite job, and write about it in detail. There should be one slide for each cluster listed.

9. Slide 37 (and more, if needed) is your Webliography page. If you go to a website for information or pictures, you copy and paste the address here.

10. You need to add a background to each slide. Make sure it is not distracting to the overall information. Each slide also needs one or two photos, gifs, or clip art.

11.Rules for creating a power point:a. There should be no more than 5 lines of text on each slideb. There should be no more than 5 words on each line.c. The background should not be distracting to your presentationd. The background should not be the focus of the slidee. The text should be easily readable –this is the main focus!f. You can adjust the background’s transparency – sometimes that helps. (Design,

format background, transparency)g. The purpose of the power point is NOT to look at memes or funny photos. The

purpose is the information you are trying to present.h. No more than 2 photos, memes, or gifs allowed on each slide
