How to access the portal:
Open internet – Google Chrome Go to portal.gscs.ca (it should be your homepage)
Type in your [email protected] and your password used to sign in to the laptop

How to use email
Log into the portal Click on Outlook Web Access It should automatically sign in,
but you might need to put youremail address and password in again.

How to check email:
Open email Select inbox Read unread emails
How to send an email:
Select + New Message Type in the address you want
to send it to beside To: Create a subject line for it
(For example: Sara’s All About Me assignment) Type in your message Sign the bottom with your name Attach a document with the attach button
(looks like a paper clip) Double check your email Hit send!
How to Attach an Assignment in an Email
Click on the attach button with the paper clip All documents should be saved to OneDrive
so click “Browse cloud locations” (if it is saved to your computer, you can click “Browse this computer” to find it)
Click OneDrive
Select the assignment you want to attach Click Next Click share as a OneDrive link, so that I
can assess it online
After it is attached, you can refer back to the steps on how to send the email.
Using OneDrive
You can access OneDrive through the portal.
How to open documents in OneDrive
Go to the portal online (steps listed on previous page) Double click on OneDrive for School app Double click on file you want to open
How to Create Folders in OneDrive
Select New > Folder
Title folder
How to save to OneDrive:
Click File > Save as Double click on OneDrive Title your work Click save
