I can: - Measure and record the weight of a wide variety of

objects - Rename units of weight in kg and g => 2 kg 250 g =

2250 g - Rename units of weight using decimal or fraction form - Solve practical tasks and problems involving different

units of weight (kg and g).

Notes: Adding / subtracting /

multiplying / dividing weight is the same as a normal sum

Don’t forget to put in your kg + g

Word problems: - Altogether = add- Difference = subtract

1kg= 1000g ½ kg = 500g ¼ kg = 250g ¾ kg = 750g 1/10 kg = 100g 1/5 kg = 200g 1 ½ kg = 1500g
