After traveling more than 9,000 miles over the first two weeks of the season – trips to Hawaii and Illinois – the Sun Devil soccer team plays at home for the first time this season when it hosts the Sun Devil Classic. ASU will open its home slate on Friday when it hosts Oklahoma State at 4 p.m. and will conclude the weekend on Sunday when it faces No. 6 and unbeaten Texas A&M at 1 p.m.

Also participating in the Sun Devil Classic will be the University of Arizona. The Wildcats will face Texas A&M in the nightcap of Friday’s doubleheader (6:30 p.m.) and will face Oklahoma State in Sunday’s opening contest at 10:30 a.m.

The Sun Devils are 2-1-1 after their first four games of the season. They opened the 2014 campaign by rallying from a two-goal deficit to tie Texas 2-2 in Hawaii. They then got their first win of the season with a 5-2 triumph at Hawaii. They came up on the short end for the first time last Friday at Illinois (3-1) before bouncing back to defeat Loyola Chicago 3-1 on Sunday.
