Manual for making 3D building
Step 1:
The first step is to take pictures of urban environment (townscape buildings) and choose from among them the picture you want to work from.
Step 2:
decide on the size your 3D structure will be, then measure and cut out of it cardboard/ or other material.
step 3:
Once we cut out the basic structure of our building, for the windows, we decided to use tracing paper and for a clear stain class effect like the windows churches have, we tore the tracing paper in piece as you can see in the picture
Step 4:
We stuck the pieces of tracing paper together to create windows
step 5:
Then we glued them to the window frames for the stained glass effect
step 6:
Use a clue gun to piece your sculpture together.
step 7:
Finally we used a light and put it underneath the structure to light it up.
We used a glue gun to stick the rectangles
