Using copy and paste and templates to save you time!

- After setting unit goals and other options that will remain the same, copy and paste the block from day to day, week to week to reuse

- If daily objectives and standards are the same for multiple days, set that first, then copy and paste blocks

- Copy entire columns and rows if multiple classes will have the same plan for the day- If desired, set up a template for each unit, with unit goals pre-loaded to save time

-

-- Hover over any row or column heading to get row/column copy and paste tools- 1- copy, 2- paste, 3- clear- You can copy and paste pages from your lesson plans, or copy entire pages from others’

shared lesson plans

-- 1- copy, 2- paste, 3- clear

Individual lesson blocks have the added feature of being able to copy just the standards as well (icon in top right corner).
