The diagram above illustrates the answers of several questions accomplished by a major a company employees. The questions were asked to two groups of workers classified according to their ages; the first group aged from 8-30 and the other group aged 45-60. The questionnaire displays the most important factors affecting the work performance of the workers at the y- axis and the percentage of each factor at x-axis .As a result of this questionnaire, the performance of the worker who aged 18-35 are affected by the chance of personal development more than any other factors while the group of age of 45-60 are affected by the money more than any other things. In contrast, the young age group not affected by the work environment as they affected by the chance of personal development where the result shows that this factor affect only 30 % of them, however , the job security is the factor that don’t worried the elders, as it shown in the questionnaire 20% of them are affected only. In talking about the factors of relaxed work environment and promotion prospects, the percentages of these factors affect the two group ages are totally different. The percentage of relaxed work environment factor affects the young age group by more than 80% while the same factor affects the elders by about 50%. The promotion prospects factor affects the young age group by 80% whereas it affected the elders by less than 60%. To sum up, all factors that displayed above affect the two of provided group ages of worker by different percentages. The percentages become different according to the group age’s priority.
