1. INTRODUCTIONThe organizers of the 29th European Kyokushin Championship is: the Estonia Kyokushinkai Organization in collaboration with the European Kyokushin Federation and World Kyokushin FederationThis European Championship will take place on the 16th - 17th of May 2015 in Estonia, in City Kohtla-Järve.The Championship will be held in Kumite (fight) weight categories, and kata (forms) and the categories and age for kumite and kata will be as follows:

CHILDREN 12 -13 YEARS OLD, boys and girls. CHILDREN 14 -15 YEARS OLD, boys and girls. JUNIORS 16 - 17 YEARS OLD, boys and girls. SENIORS over 18 YEARS OLD, men and women. SENIORS MASTER + 35 YEARS OLD: ONLY MEN. OPEN WEIGHT

CATEGORY.All the categories in kumite will be divided in several weight categories according to the rules of kumite of the European Kyokushin Federation rules; you can see them on this bulletin as well.2. KOHTLA-JARVE CITY. Kohtla-Järve (Russian: Кохтла-Ярве) is a city and municipality in north-eastern Estonia, founded in 1924 and incorporated as a town in 1946. The city is highly industrial, and is both a processor of oil shales and is a large producer of various petroleum products. The city is also very diverse ethnically: it contains people of over 40 ethnic groups[2] Only 21% of the population are ethnic Estonians; most of the rest are Russians. Kohtla-Järve is the fifth-largest city in Estonia.Kohtla-Järve is unusual among municipalities of Estonia due to having a discontiguous territory. The two main parts of the city,Järve (Kohtla-Järve proper) and Ahtme, both with populations around 20,000, are located about 10 km apart. Several other settlements in north-eastern Ida-Viru county, connected to oil shale mining, are administered as districts

of Kohtla-Järve; the furthest, Sirgala, is 40 km east of Järve. In the Soviet time, the towns of Jõhvi, Kiviõli, Püssi and Kohtla-Nõmme were also incorporated into Kohtla-Järve.

Below are shown the athletic supporters (protectors) required during the Championship, approved by the organizer

EKF MAY PERMIT other types of athletic supporters with other logo types only if they have the same level of protection and keeps similar aesthetic to the ones homologated by EKF/KWF, and they have to be approved by the Main Judge of the Championships Shihan Antonio Pinero and Chief Referee Shihan Fernando Perez.

8.3 DURATION OF THE MATCHES.

12-13 years old: 2 min with obligatory decision.

14-15 years old: 2 min+ 1,5 min with obligatory decision.

Junior (16-17 years old): 2 min+ 1,5 min with obligatory decision.

Seniors: 2 min+2 min (weight) + 2 min with obligatory decision. On finals 3 min+2 min (weigh) + 2 min with obligatory decision.

Senior Master + 35 years old: 2 min+2 min (weight) + 2 min with obligatory decision.

The weight difference of kilos to win a match must be 3 or more, in senior categories.

If there are too many participants at the Championship, and preliminary matches have to be done with obligatory decision, it will be communicated before the Championship starts.

9. ABOUT KATA COMPETITIÓN9.1. KATA CATEGORIES

12 - 13 YEARS OLD CHILDREN GIRLS.

9.2. KATAS to be done.

The competition will be divided into two rounds. Four competitors of each category with the highest scores will pass to the Finals. Competitors in category girls, boys (12-13, 14-15 years old) and juniors (16-17 years old) may choose kata FREELY in both rounds; EXCEPT for: taikyoku, sokugi, sanchin no kata, tensho and ura kata.

For SENIORS, in the first round, the main referee chooses one kata from list below:

10. GENERAL RULES CONCERNING THE COMPETITION

Only Official forms will be accepted, the forms will be attached to the next e-mail. Together with this bulletin we are sending you the kumite rules for children and

junior, the kata rules, which will be the official ones for the Championship. This competition is for countries, however, one organization may participate like

such organization or country, etc. Inside one country we can differentiate different groups. For Example: “Greece–KWF”, “Greece -Kyokushinkan”, etc.

It is obligatory to write down the name of the coach on the inscription to be accepted. Maximum number will be 3 coaches because in our competition will have three tatamis.

On Saturday morning again 3 coaches will be permitted and in the afternoon as it will be only 1 tatami, only one coach will be permitted.

Every Kyokushin group from each country can register unlimited numbers of competitors per category and weight.

The organizers have the right to cancel the event or modify categories if there won’t be an appropriate number of participants.

The Final date of registrations for competitors, coaches and referees is the 20th of Aprill 2015. No inscription will be accepted after this date.

Each competitor must have a personal insurance, for any accident that may occur at the competition.The weight in and the checking will be done in Hotel TOILA SPA, 15.05.2015 of May from 15:00 p.m to 20:00 p.m. All the competitors, referees and officials must come together at

the same time as a group and country. This verification will be followed by sensei Robert Wajgelt form Poland, 4th dan, the official doctor and the referees.

Participation fee per fighter is 40€. It will be pay to the treasurer EKF shihan Lars Hogquist from Norway, 6th dan. The competitor who will participate in kumite and kata - has to pay 80€.

On the weight – check- in you must be prepared to give the following documents:

Parents permition (Authorization) (only for competitors under 18 years old). Responsibility letter (you will have to sign and fill in the document on the weight in

act.). IDC or Passport (to check the nationality and age). Doctors certificate (only for kumite competitors). Must pay the participation fee.

12. REFEREE

15.05.2015 of May 2015, Referee Course from 19:00 to 22:00,

The Referee Course & Coaches Meeting will take place in Hotel TOILA SPA. Registration is free, except for those who want to obtain the title of International Judge or Referee given by the European Kyokushin Federation and guaranteed by Kyokushin World Federation (KWF). The fee and requirements are:

International Judge: 50 € (must be minimum 1st dan and National referee). International Referee: 75 € (must be minimum 2 nd dan and International Judge).

The official dress will be: Dark Blue trousers, Dark blue shirt with short sleeves. White bow tie.

13. MEMORIAL T-SHIRTS

The price of the Memorial T-shirt of 29th European Kyokushin Championship 2015 is 15€.
