Talking about language skillsAs you might have noticed there exists two ways to say a language. Compare:

The form of language depends on the verb or skill. These should just be memorized. But in the chart there is a tip for memorizing which verbs get which form.По-_______ски*notice that there is no й on the endпо-русскипо-английскипо-испански
