Under staffed Schools To help understaffed schools still give the proper education for each student that attends that school

Break away from traditional school teaching methods. Make more hands-on work and give the students some power over their own learning while still encouraging them. The students are told what to do and given pointers by the teachers, so the teachers can handle more students doing their own their work & research for an assignment set by a teacher

Make sure the students have the resources available to them, so they can learn. Also, the students will also need to be given more trust by the teachers. The resources could vary from task but for each task research will be needed so books & technology could be brought for each school in the surrounding area of the Pilbara and Kimberley due to education department of the Pilbara region receiving 7 million dollars by the McGowan Government

Schools are at cooperating in joint communities to help each other out and all students are hopefully given time by their teachers to help to them understand the problems that they any come to face during school work

3,4

Attendance rate of students in the Pilbara and Kimberley region

To increase the amount of attendance so less students are missing out on learning opportunities

Make school more interesting. Break away from the normal program and make lessons more active & interactive. Teach students how to think innovative and constructive thoughts instead of useless topics that won’t, or will barley benefit those students

Change the current school program. Make it change to a more flexible program where the less important topics can have altered to an extracurricular choice while more important Topics come first an aren’t just restricted to being taught by one person yelling out information expecting others to take notes

Schools have modernised the current school curriculum to help change students points of views on work and motivate them at the same time to do the work.

Partnerships in Pilbara region helping the education of students

Strengthen ties with current partnerships to increase the interest of potential partners for the future

Increase funds into these partnerships that are visible making a positive difference to the education of students in the North west region of Australia (Pilbara & Kimberley), doing this will hopefully increase quality education

Make companies realise that the Australian youth is not only the country’s future but also their future as well (present the idea that if the students don’t meet there necessary work requirements those companies as well as others will lose productivity) so that the companies would gain an interest in sponsoring different school programs to increase the students education quality.

To have the government present the ideas of this generation to potential partners partnerships so that’ll encourage them to partner up with our education system to provide more quality education to students

Equal payment for both genders and giving both genders the same opportunities to advance their careers.

Make equal payment for both genders, and the same opportunities to advance their careers.

Make equal payment for both genders, men and women in work places and give women and men the same opportunities to advance their careers no matter their genders in the community.

Look at the payment for women's that do the same job as men in workplaces and increase or decrease the payment if it is unbalanced and make it the equal.

Communities will be fairer and equal which will lead to no arguments between payments and women will have the same chance as men to advance their careers.

5, 8 11

Making communities less violent and safe for all people.

Creating a safe  environment or a community that people feel  comfortable and safe in.

Provide support for women and girls (who feel unsafe because of violence that they have experienced in the past) who are feeling unsafe in the environment that they are in and make the environment safer.

Look at areas in the reign that more women and girls are not feeling safe and provide support services and make environment safer by making strict rules in the community about violence and increase fines for violence.

There will be less chance of violence because the fines will be increased and there will be strict rules to follow and it will be a lot safer   for people.

Making sure that disadvantage areas or communities make their communities equal for both genders.

Targeting at disadvantage area or communities that doesn't have gender equality and making sure that it has equality between man and women.

Look at communities and disadvantage areas and providing services and programs about gender equality so that both gender have equality in payment, leadership roles and advancing their careers.

Looking at communities that are still developing and making sure that they have gender equality when it is still developing,

Communities will be fairer and equal which will lead to no arguments about equality.

For women to have access to all occupation and industries, including leadership roles, regardless of gender in communities and at work.

Create opportunities and access to roles in work places and in the community for women and men (for both genders).

Talk to businesses and work places to create opportunities for both gender in roles and other things as well.

There will be access to all occupation and industries, including leadership roles, regardless of gender. So anyone in the community will have the chance to leadership role.

Clean Pipe System Our Aim is to keep the pipes clean so people don’t get sick.

Firstly, if a pipe is damaged or either dirty, the pipe will be cleaned or replaced under proper circumstances and to make sure that the old pipe is recycled.

Get people with particular skill to fix and replace the pipe through local government funding.

Cleaner water and no water disease related deaths.

Rubbish Filters on Storm Drains

Cleaning rubbish from drains is important because rubbish is getting into the drains, and therefore clogging them and flooding places

Some strategies that can be taken are:

Recycling Not Littering Annual Rubbish Fund

People will clean the city place so that when it is raining, no rubbish is going down the drains and clogging it.

This will result in less rubbish going into the sea and less clogging of drains

3

Rubbish Collecting Ocean Nets

Cleaning the ocean for future generations and have less animals die because of pollution

Some strategies that we can take to reduce rubbish in waters are to go in boats with rubbish collectors and go collecting ocean Rubbish

No littering in water, cleaning up after yourself when going to the beach or any public place and cleaning rubbish from drains.

This will result in less animals dying from eating plastic or getting stuck in them. It also pollutes their water.

Waterless Air conditioning Unit

To reduce waste of water and use it for better stuff

Some strategies are using fans or using electric air conditioning in Houses.

Remove all water usage as conditioning

This will allow people to use water for more reasonable purposes.

Reduce unemployment rates

Unemployment 3is one of the biggest problems in the Kimberley

We will achieve this by offering more jobs to unemployed people.

Ask businesses whether they could offer apprenticeships to unemployed people.

The result we want to achieve is having more people being able to work in the Kimberley. We will measure this

9, 11

Develop education since there is a lack of education in the Kimberley, we are aiming to improve it.

We will achieve this by creating new ways to learn and change the way classes operate.

Discuss with local schools what they could improve on.

The outcome we want to see is a better education for kids in the Kimberley. We can measure this by test scores and class work.

4, 11

Increase population We are aiming to attract people in to the Kimberly area.

Create more jobs and build more houses to supply for more people.

We would need to discuss this with the local shire about funding money.

The result we want to achieve is a higher population in the Kimberley. We can measure the population by doing a census.

11, 9

Have more career opportunities

We are aiming to have a bigger variety of jobs in the Kimberley.

Promoting the number of jobs that need to be increased

We will also have to discuss with the local shire whether they could create different jobs.

The result we want to see is an increase in different jobs. We can measure this by doing tests on how many jobs there are.

Drought in Northern WA is affecting the farming industry

The amount of drought is reduced by at least 35% in the heavily drought-affected areas.

Innovate some irrigation facilities like farming irrigation except it helps the drought affected areas stay wet for as long as possible until the water gets evaporated.

Have small irrigation facilities in heavy drought-affected areas to help relieve the amount of drought in Northern WA.

By 2040, we want to see Northern WA with its drought affected areas reduced by 35%.

13, 15

Jobs throughout Perth have been affecting people and their families.

Have more jobs in the workforce so parents can support their children so they can get a better education

Create jobs that have a gaping hole in the workforce, such as mining. Mining had a huge downfall in 2016 so people can get a job in the mining workforce.

People getting jobs need to make sure they are suited for it. They need to fill out the gaping holes in the workforce that indicate that this job was once popular but now it isn’t. If people do that job then the gaping holes would be fixed and the workforce would be back to normal

By 2040 we want to help people achieve a spot in the job they desire especially if people like the job that has fallen critically over the last few years.
