SPHERE is very excited to announce that 100% of the monies raised at this year’s “Nuts About the Nutcracker”, to be held on December 17th at Ridgefield High School, will benefit our organization.

Based on Tchaikovsky’s original ballet, the performance also incorporates contemporary music and dancing that captures the spirit of the nutcracker but with a new look and feel. “Nuts about the Nutcracker” would not be possible without the talented dancers from the Enchanted Garden School of Dance who volunteer their time. We are grateful for their dedication and support of SPHERE.

Through a sponsorship of “Nuts about the Nutcracker”, your business will be advertised to over 1,600 residents in Ridgefield and the surrounding communities. Your support means you can help our members and volunteers continue programming that enhances the lives of our local adults with disabilities -- programs such as Music and Performing Arts, Walking Club, Cooking, Jewelry, and Art.

SPHERE enables its members to participate in and enjoy a dimension of life that is often missing for people with developmental, cognitive and intellectual disabilities. Our programs provide a safe venue for social interaction and development, skill building, meeting and making friends. SPHERE’s network of members, volunteers and community leaders has become extended family – a family that celebrates individual accomplishments and provides comfort for disappointments.
