Latest News: If you visited Art on the Prom last Sunday 2nd September you would have been lucky enough to have seen the Amazing willow creations that children from last terms Year 3 and 4 made during the Summer term.We worked with Tracey Barrett- Brown from Art on the Prom to make a giant octopus and a variety of colourful fish that were displayed on the lawns along the seafront. It was clear to see the children’s hard work and the display looked wonderful. Thank you to all the adults involved with this project.

Our Reading Challenge  New Year New Challenge!A huge Well done and Thank you to all those who worked so hard last year to help their class work towards the 75% target. As you move into a new year it’s the perfect time to join in with the school reading challenge!!! Everyone who returns a completed slip will get an award sticker! Please return your Reading Challenge Slip on a MONDAY MORNING (and put a new one in your reading diary) so the scores can be collated. Our aim is for every class to achieve at least 75% each week but wouldn't it be great if we could make it 100%?

PE Kit Please remember your PE kit for each week. It is a good ideas to bring your P.E. kit into school on a Monday and leave it in your locker until Friday. Youwill need a complete change of clothes- white T-shirt, dark shorts and trainers. Girls please remember to bring a pair of socks if you are wearing tights or sandals. You will need to take your earrings out and tie your hair back (it's much easier to come with your earrings out and hair already tied back). Also, please make sure your kit and your bag is named.

Once the weather starts to get colder it may be a good idea to add a pair of tracksuit bottoms to your PE kits for when we do PE outside.

Parent Helpers Welcome! If any parents have ANY free time during the school day please see your child's class teacher as we would welcome you with open arms to support some of our children with their reading and spelling.  You can make a real difference just doing a little bit as often as possible!
