The integration of SHEQ Management Systems has become easier now that the relevant standards all have the same high level structure and identical core texts. This course is aimed at assisting an organisation to implement an IMS at the workplace by: Auditing the Requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to provide delegates with international guidelines on auditing Integrated Management Systems, to ensure successful implementation thereof at their workplaces.
Course Outcomes
·
By the end of the training course, the delegates will have:
· Established the extent that their current system/s matches up to the ISO Standard requirements. This will be achieved by conducting an internal audit of the three main disciplines of the IMS using the Advantage ACT Integrated MS auditing checklist
· Implemented the major elements of an Integrated SHEQ Management System
· Developed a Gap Analysis Action Plan for completing the implementation
Target Group
· SHEQ system owners.
· Management System Representatives
· ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certified company MS team members.
· Implementers of SHEQ Management Systems.
· Management System Auditors-in-training.
Pre-Requisites
Any previous ISO Management System training courses or work experience in SHEQ management
Language
This course is presented in the English language.
Learning Material
Delegates will be issued with Advantage ACT Course manuals and will make use of a loan copy of the new standards.
Course Requirements
It is always much more effective if we use your own company documentation during training. It is suggested that you bring your risk assessment procedure and methodology documentation and any other related documentation to this training session.
Certification & Assignment
The course includes a practical assessment which leads to the issuing of a Certificate of Course Attendance.
While certification audits (Third Party Audits) will always be performed against individual ISO Standards, organisations are now required to perform both internal (First Party) and external provider (Second Party) audits on integrated systems because of the increase in IMS implementations.
The ideal setting for this course will be on-site at the client premises where the bulk of the integrated system is implemented or, if not the same premises, the site where the major elements of the systems are to be found.
The course composition should be at least eight people from the organisation that are involved in the Integrated Management System including a Risk Management and Financial Management representative.
