The Dryden Regional Health Centre has openings for Registered Nurses (Casual) As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, Dryden Regional Health Centre’s Nurses provide comprehensive compassionate nursing care to a variety of clients. We are a community hospital that is committed to patient centred care, evidence based practice and continuous quality improvement. As a Registered Nurse you will provide and co-ordinate nursing care to assigned clients consistent with current Standards of Professional Practice with the Ontario College of Nurses. Pre-Requisites: Current Certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario Current BLS, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Neonatal Advanced Life Support Certificate OBS experience an asset Experience working in Emergency, Critical Care Good Physical health Must be able to be on standby Demonstration of strong nursing practice, skill and judgment Must possess excellent interpersonal skills including superior verbal communication abilities Demonstrated critical thinking, leadership and mentoring skills Demonstrates behaviours consistent with Dryden Regional Health Centre’s Code of Conduct and Standards of Behaviour Proven attendance record Able to perform the essential duties of the job Demonstrates DRHC Core Values; Accountability, Integrity, Humility, Compassion and Respect Applicants are requested to forward a completed resume and covering letter by Dec. 16 to the: Human Resources Department Dryden Regional Health Centre P.O.
