3.9 words in the singular shall include the plural and words in the plural shall include the singular

and 3.10 a word or expression that indicates the male gender is taken to include the female gender The word ‘gentleman’ or ‘gentlemen’ wherever appearing in the Rules be deleted and the word ‘person’ or ‘persons’, respectively, be substituted
