Configuring i-SCSI device on SUSE Configuration need to be done on POWERVAULT MODULAR DISK STORAGE MANAGER 1-Create a logical Partition of 10 TB 2- Go to Mapping and add Host on which you have to configure storage. 3- Assign virtual disk to the Host. Configuration need to be done on Server side where you have to add 10TB . 1-go to /etc/init.d and check whether iscsitarget service is running or not. If not then start the service. #service iscsitarget start 2-now open Yast and click on Iscsi initiator icon.

Once above steps complete.

Now go to YAST---system----Partitioner

Click on unused device and rescan the disks.

After rescanning you will find 10TB storage visible in “unused Device”.

Now you can mount the partion on server with proper configuration.
