The Quasiturbine is a cross between three main modern engines: it is inspired by the turbine and has improved the piston and the Wankel. The engine’s performance is the best use of time and space. The Quasiturbine theory saves time by erasing downtime, by modifying allocations to different engine times and by substituting progressive impulses by plateau impulses. This theory also saves much space thanks to its multifunctional and homokinetic motor components that are essential at every moment in the rotation, and its continuous drainage at the motor’s entry and exit. The Quasiturbine is a theory for motor optimization as well as a device to make this theory a reality. The name Quasiturbine (i.e. “nearly turbine”) comes from the fact that instant torque is almost constant, just as with conventional turbines. This concept is the result of a research to produce a piston-turbine hybrid motor with a center of mass or fixed gravity during rotation (zero vibration). Great Technology for Great Business

In 2005, the estimated number of cars in world circulation was 850 million as well as 250 million buses and trucks. If the QT motor price for a car were US$1500, the potential market would be US$1275 billion; if the QT motor price for a bus or truck were US$10 000, the potential market would be US$2500 billion. There is also a big potential market in other economy sectors. Jean Cueva is always dedicated to the protection of ecology, economy and health. We have a destructive behaviour in this society. If we do not change our bad habits, we will be at risk to live in sickness and suffer all our lives. To reduce or avoid the risks of losses and suffering, we can use new ecological technology. Everyone will come out a big winner with this new technology, thus changing our bad habits will be truly profitable for one and all.

1.1 We are all Terrorized by Cancer and Mental Diseases

According to the World Health Report 2004, 80% of suicides in the world are committed by people aged 25 and under; every day 16,000 people attempt it and 6,000 are successful (2,190,000 / year). The suicide rate is higher in developed countries than in developing countries. Mental health experts claim that about 65% of the world population suffers from a mental imbalance, and that this situation threatens world security and peace. It has been proven that the main cause of physical and mental diseases is the toxic air and lack of oxygen. The world’s pollution is much more of a terrorist threat to us than any human terrorist imaginable. In the big cities the air is especially polluted. The human body breathes 11,000 L of air every day, so 11,000 L/day of polluted air. How can we remain healthy, with good, productive behaviour, if

we live in a terrorizing environment? No one can escape the brutal pollution. Even if you earn a lot of money, your family and you cannot escape the harm of toxic air and lack of oxygen. Health professionals say that we are living near death in this extremely polluted environment. So, why do we not feel it? Because we are anaesthetized and doped by the terrible pollution.

We also know that 45% of the world population will suffer from cancer. If we are all terrorized by cancer and mental diseases, then why do most people not want to change their harmful habits? Cars, buses and truck are the main sources of air pollution, but most people could not do without their cars. We know that a car produces about 82 tons of toxic gases per year. The air that we breathe daily contains more than 100 toxins and carcinogens (see document “L’Air empoisonné que nous respirons”). Furthermore, children and seniors are more affected by polluted air.

1.2 How to Solve Energy and Environmental Problems

Everybody knows that the price of petroleum is rapidly increasing and that it will be completely depleted in the next 50 years. We also know that the extremely polluted environment is very dangerous for everyone. But do not worry, because we have an excellent solution for you. We already have a new rotary motor, the “ecological Quasiturbine (QT)” that burns 95-98% of the fossil or alternative fuels and helps save an estimated 30-60% energy. This new ecological technology will be essential to solve all at once many big problems: energy, economy, environment, public health, greenhouse gases, climate changes, etc. With the QT motor you will profit greatly as well as make a valuable contribution to environmental protection.

This remarkable motor was invented by the Saint-Hilaire family in Montréal, Qc, Canada, in 1990 and it was patented in 1997 and 2004. 6.1 Characteristics and direct advantages

1. Power and Performance: The QT motor is a new rotary motor and it is the most powerful, ecological, polyvalent and economical (PEPE motor) of all current motors. We can produce QT motors of a few watts to a thousand HP and 200-4,000 rpm.

2. Efficient and Ecological: The QT motor will burn 95-98% of fossil and alternative fuels, therefore helping save energy and money by 30-60% (estimates). It will produce 2-5% pollution, but 0% with compressed air, liquid nitrogen and water vapour. As such, with the QT motor, we will be freed of energy and environmental problems.

3. Polyvalent Motor: This revolutionary motor can work with any kind of fossil or alternative fuel, as well as hydrogen; it will require some adjustments for each kind of fuel.

4. Almost no vibration and less noise: Thanks to the rotary principle on which it is based, this motor does not make much noise or vibration, 20 times less than regular motors. save 30-60% of energy and money, so countries, companies, consumers and everybody will turn out to be big winners. In order to remain on the world market, one must minimize costs, because expensive products impede competition on the free market.

7. To save more money with less lubricant: All current motors need lots of lubricant. If the QT motor is made of metal, it will require just a small amount of lubricant, and none at all if it is made of plastic. All used oils contribute to the deterioration of the environment. Quebec produces about 70 million litres of used oil per year; 50% of them are reused and 50%are dumped in the environment. Using the QT will help save about 80% of lubricants = 80% X 70 million litre/year = 56 M l/year. If the price of lubricant is US$8.00 / litre, Quebec would save 56M l/year X US$8 litre= US$448 M, a substantial amount.

8. Economical life: Would you like to save on repair expenses? The QT motor will last 2 to 3 times longer than current motors. You would therefore save more money as well as avoid many problems with your car or machine maintenance.

9. Ecological Transportation: The current transportation systems produce about 70% of total pollution (toxic, carcinogenic, greenhouse gases). With the QT motor, transportation will produce only 2-5% pollution and 0% with compressed air, liquid nitrogen and water vapour.

10. Guarantee and reliability: As you know, there are more security and reliability with one machine made of 10-20 pieces than one made of 500-1000 pieces. The piston engine has more than 500 pieces, hence less security and confidence. With the QT motor, your car, bus, truck or any machine will have better security and reliability, because this extraordinary motor has 25-50 pieces for some motors. It is incredible, but true. 11. Cheaper motor: The estimated price of the QT motors is US$1,000-2,000/ car motor and US$10,000-15,000/ bus or truck motor. The world demand and supply of oil (petroleum) is as follows: In 1990 the world oil consumption was: 60 million barrels/day In 2005 the world oil consumption was: 84 million barrels/day The world oil reserves are estimated to last another 40-60 years. In 1990 the oil price was US$15/barrel; in 1991: US$40/barrel; on July 13, 2006 its price

was about US$76.70/barrel. After 2010 its price will be around US$150/barrel. This is a very bleak situation, is it not?

Consequently the energy crisis is coming for all countries, companies and consumers.

But do not worry because we already have an excellent solution. The world’s liberation of oil dependence will happen thanks to the ecological QT motor:

8.3 Brief Investment Plan to Improve the QT Motor

We already have several QT motor prototypes working with compressed air and liquid nitrogen, and very soon we will have prototypes working with diesel, gasoline and natural gas. With our investment of 100 million US$, these motors in a short amount of time (about 2 years) and at once we will start mass production for target countries and the international market. These five motor prototypes are a priority and are essential for saving energy and money, for environmental and economy protection, and for avoiding the energy crisis and many such problems.

8.4 Why is this Superior Technology not on the market yet?

With this great ecological technology we can do great business throughout the world. Maybe it was meant for you, so you are a lucky person, company or country. Producing QT motors just for cars, trucks and buses, we have a huge potential global market of US$3,775 billion, and 25% of this would leave us a real market of US$950 billion, without taking into account the sales in other economy sectors. 10 PRODUCTION AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT FOR THE QT MOTOR

We are living in an era of rapid social and cultural change. Every year we need more and more energy. As well, we live in an ocean of toxic gases and with extreme air pollution. These days, we cannot live without energy and transport; they are essential for economic development and prosperity. Any transport systems needs motors and energy, but the current motors dissipate too much fuel and are very polluting. With the QT motors there will be no more fuel waste and no more air pollution. This is wonderful, is it not?

Currently, we do not yet have factories; the parts for the QT prototype motors are made in several places: factories in Canada and the United States, and in some technical institutes (CEGEP, in Quebec, Canada). But with your investment of US$100 M or more (Venture Capital), we plan to build one or several factories in one or several countries for the mass production of the QT motor for the international market.

As you know by now, the QT motor is very simple and light, as well as more powerful, ecological, polyvalent and economical than motors currently on the market. However, its mass production will be very complex, just like the other industries. Our main goal is to produce motors of high quality and less expensive, to give good service to all customers and to gain reliability and confidence on the word market in a short amount of time. So our priority is “to make inexpensive, high quality motors”.

With the US$100 M investment, the QT motors will be improved in about 2 years, while the Production Engineering Department (or Division) is planned, organized, designed and described in detail, in synchronization with the other departments of the Company; because we estimate that world orders will increase very rapidly and we must supply the QT motors as soon as possible. BUSINESS PRINCIPLE: “Without customers there are no sales and without sales there is nomoney nor profits”

These days there exists no motor like our remarkable QT motor on the international market. The QT motor is more powerful, ecological, polyvalent and economical than current motors. We estimate the demand for PEPE motors on the international market will increase very rapidly; at that point we will have too much work due to too many orders. For initial operations we planned the Organization Chart for national and international marketing according to Continent: North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia/Australia and Africa.

Our priority is to produce QT motors only for road transports: automobiles, buses and trucks, because these vehicles are major oil consumers and destroy the environment. Later we will produce QT motors for other economy sectors. To conquer the market and for customer satisfaction we must produce high-quality, reliable, and inexpensive QT motors. In theory, we believe that all countries, companies, and consumers will love this new technology. But, human behaviour is illogical: humans do not like bad things but they do bad things; they do not like to be sick but their actions make them sick; they do not want to go to hell but they choose the road to hell; etc. Consequently we estimate that 25% of the world market would be interested in our QT motor:

after being on the market for 5 years and if the price of oil remains high, we will receive orders from many countries, companies and customers; and so our Company will be very busy.

To forecast sales for the QT motor, we cannot use the classical statistical methods because this is new ecological technology, essential to save time, energy and money by about 40%. We presume that all countries, companies and consumers need this excellent technology. The QT motor works with any brand of motor, it only needs a few adjustments for each type of fuel and to produce power motors (HP) according to customers’ needs (we can manufacture motors of a few watts up to thousands of HP).

As you saw in point 7.1 (The Initial Target Market) we have chosen four target countries for our initial QT motor production. We can begin mass production in 1 or 2 countries and export to 6 other countries and more, or we can produce in several countries on each continent, depending on the security and conditions in each country. B. Sales Estimates for New Car Production in 8 Countries If governments and automobile industries want to reduce or eliminate harmful air pollution,

save energy and money (40%), avoid energy crises, etc. then all new vehicles must use the ecological QT motor. The current motor industries must manufacture the QT motor to supply their own market and for all automobile producers. In this instance we must sign partnership and franchise contracts with any company that wants to increase their business and profit from this remarkable technology.

As you know, the evolution and innovation of technology are essential for progress and the economy. The pistons-engine was invented by Christian Huygens in the Netherlands in 1673; the 4 times-engine for gasoline was invented in France in 1883; the diesel engine was invented in Germany in 1893. 13 BRIEF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL ANALYSES

We are living in the technological and information age, in which fast communications and transportation, as well as modern business, medicinal and engineering solutions have led to the betterment of the human experience and in the solving of problems. However, thus far, all these technologies have caused destructive pollution all over the planet. The result has almost destroyed our environment, thus affecting the economy, and most importantly, our health. All current production motors have been squandering precious fossil and alternative fuels. This, not taking into account the electro-magnetic radiation that has had an adverse effect on our health, that has been caused by technology such as computers, electrical and electronic products.

There are things that can be done. The best solution is certainly to improve, innovate and to create ecological technologies that will have less or no destructive side effects and with a new philosophy. This philosophy will foster the solving of humanity’s technological needs with the holistic (integral and global ) method of solutions. If we can attest that technologies with such advantages are within our reach, they must be adopted without any further delay, thus without having to wait another half or full century in order to effectuate these life changes, and thus

shortcutting the pattern of degradation of our environment, and thus avoiding more havoc and disaster than any recently observed world events.

We daily depend on our transportation systems, but unfortunately, current transportation modes produce about 70% of all toxic gases spilled into our atmosphere, which surely spreads and affects the whole planet. This is due to the fact that present motor technologies are unable to efficiently burn their fossil and alternative fuel sources. Our continuous intake of increasingly toxic air has been resulting in sickness that has cost our economy hundreds of billions of dollars every year in suffering, sickness and hospitalization costs. Add to that the physical and mental complications and diseases already incurred and in progress that have side effects in all aspects of our society. We are surely destroying ourselves due to the side effects of our polluting technologies.

13.1 The QT Motor for solving Macroeconomic Problems

In Chapter 6 of this Project Summary, we enumerated the main advantages of the QuasiturbineMotor. With this new ecological technology we are beginning a new Ecological Industrial Era with a holistic philosophy, because with the QT motor we can solve simultaneously several critical problems of any country, company, consumer and of the world: energy, economy, raw materials, transport, environment, development, health, greenhouse gas effect, climate changes, fuel crises, etc. Our invention is marvellous. 7. Liberation from Oil Dependence: At present, petroleum is essential for business and for almost all industries. Practically all countries are slaves to oil. The QT motor can work with any kind of fossil or alternative fuel, it only needs some adjustments for each fuel. Consequently all countries can avoid energy and economy crises, have more stability, money and security.

13.2 QT Motor for Solving Microeconomic Problems

As you can see, there are remarkable benefits and major advantages that the QT motor will provide to its international customer base, not to mention the profits it will bestow upon all it’s customers. Apart from satisfying consumer’s needs regarding monetary, energy and environmental savings, this technology will have the following advantages;

1. Increasing Demand and Supply: The ecological QT motor is more powerful, polyvalent and economical than other motors. It will be thus an excellent opportunity for the industry to adopt this standard, produce and incorporate it into their current technologies. If they can sell these motors and thus, their cars, cheaper, they will compete more easily in the world market. They

2. Costs minimization for all enterprises: All enterprises will be winners when they will see savings of about 40% in time and money. They will increase their sales with affordable products and compete better in the world market. It would only make sense for them to choose to produce with the QT motor in order to reduce costs in order not to run the risk of failure due to high costs.

3. Enterprises and Customers can Protect the Environment: Using the ecological QT motor, all customers will contribute to environmental protection, instead of destroying the environment with current polluting technologies caused by cars, buses, trucks, industries and the like. The air pollution will be almost eliminated in comparison, if each vehicle owner will replace their highly polluting motor with the ecological QT motor.

4. More Productivity with Less Air Pollution: Occupational health and safety is of utmost importance to us all. To avoid toxic and poisoned air at work, on the street and at home, the solution is to change polluting motors for the QT motor. When workers will thus breath cleaner air, with an adequate oxygen content, they will certainly have more energy, experience less stress, fewer psychological problems, less accidents and less absenteeism. It is not hard to see how all of this would lead to a higher productivity across all industry.

5. Everybody will be a Winner with this Ecological Technology: Our bodies normally consume 11,000 liters of air per day. A rather large percentage of this, are poisoned gases, due to atmospheric pollution that is making it almost impossible for us to remain healthy. Sickness and it’s effects on health, vitality, happiness and productivity has been proportionately higher in industrial and urban areas, more exposed to these toxic emissions. If all vehicles were to adapt the QT motor, the air pollution would be reduced by about 60% in 10 years. This would present a change no less than fantastic, with each and every one of us being less sick and happier.

14 SOME MEASURES AGAINST THE RISKS

Almost everybody has risk aversion to business investment. However, there isn’t business without risk, which is part of daily living. There is risk not only in space travel, but also in our

relationships, at our places of work, at our time of leisure. There is risk in purchasing a home, buying an automobile. There doesn’t exist a business transaction that is easy and void of a certain measure of risk. If business would be easy and without risk, everybody would be in business and there would be no poverty in the world as we know it.

Our ecological QT motor is remarkable. There is no other combustion motor in the world market today, to compete with it. However, there are several risk factors for doing business in this world market. We must thus take good measures to minimize these risks.

14.1 Legal and Political Risks

The pollution of the air is like waging a chemical war. This bombardment of chemical toxins on our atmosphere in comparison outweighs the threats we have lived through in our recent times, such as terrorism and the like. Paradoxically, there are countries, companies and customers who are not interested in environmental protection. Why this indifference and thereby, dangerous behaviour? To change this sad situation, we must forge solid alliances with governments, parliamentarians, political parties, companies, business people, and environmental associations etc. In making and adopting better laws for environmental protection, motivating, encouraging and obliging all customers to adopt the QT motor, we will avoid the destruction of our health, environment and economy.

14.2 Technological Risks

The piston motor was invented in 1673 in the Netherlands. When the QT motor will be on the international market by around 2010, the technology of the piston motor will be obsolete, thereby 337 years into it’s economic life. Technological evolutions are faster now than they were a hundred years ago, so we would estimate that the economic life of the QT motor would be 100 to 200 years per say, until it will or will not, be surpassed by newer technologies.

14.3 Energy and Economy Risks

One of the big advantages of the QT motor is that it is very polyvalent, being able to work with any kind of fossil or alternative fuel. Thus the risk that comes into play is that in this situation

that the QT motor stands a chance to be ignored should the oil companies and moguls buy out the government into not adopting this ecological and economical technology. For developing countries without corruption and high oil consumption, the QT motor will be a blessing. They will be able to use any kind of fuel, fossil or alternative (compressed air, liquid nitrogen, bio-diesel, water vapour, natural gas, alcohol, biomass, etc.). Having many energy choices, without the risk of inducing energy crises, developing countries will ensure their steady growth more easily and certainly.

14.4 Production Risks

As you now know, the QT motor will present around 40% of savings in energy, money and time, so we will naturally suppose that all countries, companies and customers will want to buy this super-motor. Consequently, its demand across the world will increase on a sharp scale. To provide sufficient supply and service to all our customers, we must increase mass production of QT motors in several countries, using the best technology and competent management teams, decentralized methods to avoid dangerous bureaucracy, applying the best manufacturing and sales methods and so on. In all operation systems and company management systems we must use good raw materials, computers, the Internet, automation in some cases, good communication and control.

14.5 Marketing Risks

Free trade and the global economy are very good tools to conduct business in almost all countries, with good products and services. The competition is on the global market is very difficult, but do not worry because our QT motor does not have serious competition, as no other combustion motor in the world is able to compete. The ecological QT motors will replace the polluting piston motors, so our challenge will be to change countries’, companies’ and consumers’ behaviour to adopt the ecological QT motor. To achieve this we must implement good promotion and publicity plans, as well as work in coordination and cooperation with governments, authorities, enterprises, and so on. The current motor industries must produce the QT motors for their own market; this way their fear of losing their market share will turn into the best opportunity to increase their business and profits, as well as save hundreds of millions of dollars in research programs.

To reduce the risks on the world market, we must conduct business solely in countries that

have political and economic security and social stability. The agreements and contracts must be signed in US$ or Euro, with partners and customers who are responsible, reliable and honest.

14.6 Financial Risks

To avoid debts and paying high interests, the company must invest 5 to 10% of its net profits to conduct constant R&D on QT motors for other economy sectors and to expand its business. As for long-term financing, our QT Motor Company can seek capital using several sources of business financing, financing with common shares, preferred shares and such. To reduce the financial risks on the world market, we must always produce QT motors of high quality, that are reliable and cheaper; we must continuously innovate and invest massive capital in R&D to continuously improve our QT motors; thus, we will always be winners on the world market and we will be able to face global competition.

14.7 Business Risks

Without trying to do too many things at once, the ecological QT motor does provide a great opportunity to do business in many sectors of the economy, because the QT motor can substitute all combustion motors that consumer too much fuel and that are very polluting engines. In the future, with the big yearly profits, we can invest in other types of business, for example: Ecological Energy Production, Ecological Vehicle Production, Mechanical Production, etc.

14.8 Cost Minimization for Profit Optimization

Why do we find, in all countries, cheaper products that are made in China? It is due to their production cost minimization and to their dynamic commercial methods. The costs of raw material, human resources, manufacturing, sales management, etc. are reduced to a minimum in China. In North America, we cannot pay a technician US$2/hour, but in China they can.

As you know already, the rotary and ecological QT motor is very simple, some QT motors will have about 50 pieces, however it is more powerful, ecological, polyvalent, and economical than any other combustion motor. It is unbelievable! So we can reduce our costs to a minimum, to obtain cheaper motors, for the international market and to compete more easily. To obtain cost minimization and profit optimization we must rigorously apply the technical and mathematical

15 POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING FOR THE QT MOTOR IN

LATIN AMERICA

15.1 QT Motors to Solve Energy Problems

All Latin American countries want to save energy and money (40%) and eliminate the infernal pollution, of their big cities, using the rotary and ecological QT motor. In Latin America, there are more than 204 million cars and more than 60 million buses and trucks. Selling QT motors at US$1,500/motor for cars and at US$10,000/motor for buses and trucks, we have a big potential market of US$906 billion. So why don’t we produce QT motors for this large market? There are only 2 countries without oil problems: Venezuela and Mexico, because they have a lot of oil. But all other countries have serious oil problems. The QT motor would be the biggest solution for them, because the QT motor can work with any kind of fossil or alternative fuel. Who will say no to the QT motor? Perhaps foolish people!

15.2 QT Motors to Solve Air Pollution Problems

As you know, one car produces about 82 tons/year of toxic gases, one bus produces about 160t/year and one truck about 250t/year; on average one bus and one truck produce 205t/year of toxic gases. The total production of toxic gases from cars, trucks and buses in Latin America is:

Toxic gases produced by cars = 82 t/y X 204 M cars = 16,728 M t/y Toxic gases produced by buses &trucks = 205 t/y X 60 M cars = 12,300 M t/y

o Total toxic gases production by vehicles in L. America = 29 billion t/y Toxic gases are more concentrated in big cities. Consequently, all people living in big cities are more poisoned and sick with air pollution than people living in small cities. No one can escape the poisoned air, as we all breathe 11,000 lit/day of toxic air. When you have a poisoned and sick population, the risks are greater that you have mentally unbalanced people, exhibits of bad or

If all these big cities change their polluting motors for the ecological QT motors, they will solve several problems at the same time: energy crises (because the QT motor will help save energy and money by about 40%, and can work with any fossil or alternative fuel), economy, environment, physical and mental health, greenhouse gas emissions, climate changes, etc. To solve these serious problems, the QT motor must be improved as soon as possible, and mass production must begin at once for Latin America and the world market.

15.3 Partners and Environmental Associations in Latin America

Since 2001, our contacts and partners in Latin America have been waiting for the rotary and ecological QT motor. They are ready to start promoting the economic-ecological development with the commercialization, promotion, publicity and advertising of the QT motors. The QEEAL (La Quasiturbine pour l’Économie et l’Écologie de l’Amérique Latine) is an association that has its headquarters in Montreal, Canada, working in coordination and cooperation with many Partners and Environmental Associations in Latin America. 16 CONCLUSION

16.1 QT Motor to Save Energy & Money (about 40%)

In point 1.5 of this Project Summary, we estimates that US$3,775 billion was the potential world market for our rotary and ecological QT motors, producing only for current cars, buses and trucks. In point 2.1 A. Macro Consumption of Oil and Macro Profit Estimates, we calculated that the big costs and oil savings for 4 countries: United States, Canada, Japan and Italy.

The oil consumption in the United States is about 24 million (M) barrels/day, 720 M barrels/month and 8,640 M barrels/year. Supposing that the United States import all its oil at US$75/barrel and takes the decision to adopt the ecological QT motor to save 40% on oil and money, their savings will be as follows:

Therefore, by using the QT motors, the United States will be big winning country, as it will save a lot of energy and money. As well, all countries, companies and consumers will save about 40% energy and money, by adopting the ecological QT motors.

16.2 QT Motor to Avoid Environmental Destruction

More profits for the United States in environmental protection. Until 2005, the United States had 150 million cars and 45 million buses and truck in circulation. On average one car produce 82 tons/year of toxic gases, and one bus or truck produces 205 tons/year of toxic gases. The air pollution produced by cars, buses and trucks in the U.S. is as follows:

Toxic gas produced by cars = 82 tons X 150 M cars ……………………..12.3 billion t/y Toxic gas produced by buses & trucks = 205 t X 45 M………….…………9.2 billion t/y

Total toxic gas produced by vehicles………………21.5 billion t/y

Using the ecological Qt motors there will be only a negligible amount of pollution of 2-5% (average of 3.5%) using fossil fuels and 0% pollution using alternative fuels like compressed air, liquid nitrogen and water vapour. With the QT motor one car will produce the following toxic gases: 3.5% X 82t = 2.9 tons/year; and one bus or truck will produce this amount of toxic gases:

Toxic gas produced by cars = 2.9 tons/year X 150 M cars………………..435 M t/year Toxic gas produced by buses & trucks = 7.2 t X 45 M………….…………324 M t/year

Total toxic gas produced by vehicles with QT motors…..…759 M t/yearConsequently, air pollution will be eliminated = 21,500 – 759 = 20, 741 tons/year.This is big progress, isn’t it? Then, why would we refuse the QT motor? All countries, companies and consumers will equally eliminate the criminal air pollution by adopting the ecological QT motor.

16.3 QT Motor to Avoid Energy and Health Crises

There will be no more energy crises by adopting the QT motor as it can work with any type of fossil or alternative fuel, it only needs a few adjustments for each fuel type. The QT motor will become a gift from above for all countries that do not have oil, because this remarkable motor is very polyvalent, it can work with diesel, gasoline, natural gas, alcohol, bio-diesel (vegetable oil), biomass, compressed air, water vapour, liquid nitrogen, hydrogen, etc. By using the QT motor almost all countries, companies and consumers will be liberated of the dependence and slavery to oil and everyone will be liberated of infernal air pollution. Is this science-fiction or dreams of some nutty people from Canada? No my friends! You can see and test this genial motor very easily. This marvellous invention is for you. With your Venture Capital of US$100 M, 5 QT motors will be improved in a short time (2 years). For many countries, its oil liberation will be a great opportunity for its growth in economic-ecological development.

What about health? Physical and mental diseases are increasing very fast in all countries. The main cause for physical and mental diseases is breathing 11,000 lit/day of poisoned air and the lack of oxygen. Polluted air is extremely dangerous for everyone, especially for children and seniors. In 2005, the world population was 6 billion, so there are 6 billion people drugged by toxic air worldwide. If we eliminate air pollution there will be about 30-50% less diseases and health care costs. In 2005, the health care costs in the United States were about 1,570 billion US$ and in Canada there were 140 billion CAN$. If there was 30-50% less patients, the United States would save 470-790 billion US$/year and Canada would save 42-70 billion CAN$/year. These enormous savings are not simple dreams, they can be a reality if the United States and Canada eliminate air pollution by using the ecological QT motors.

16.4 Prevention to Avoid Disasters and Losses

In 1999 and 2000 the CIA informed the United States Government that terrorist groups were preparing attacks against America. But the government did not believe it. On September 11, 2001 the attack on the United States by terrorists became a reality and a big disaster for America, with about 3,000 lives lost and losses in 2006 of 500 billion US$ and more, including the war in Afghanistan and Iraq against terrorism. In 2004, one scientific team from the U.S. asked the authorities of Louisiana State and the United States Government to invest about US$5 billion to improve the protection of the city of New Orleans against hurricanes category 5, but the authorities and public officials did not believe it and they decided against the scientific team. On August 29, 2005 the category 5 Katrina hurricane hit New Orleans and left 1,300 dead and US$200 billion in losses. As you can see, these catastrophes could have been avoided, but public officials and governments usually make serious mistakes and do not like to prevent future disasters. Unfortunately, official and politicians are not wise and the wise do not like politics and official functions.

The infernal air pollution creates more damage than any other natural disaster for all countries, companies, consumers, people, animals, plants buildings, the environment, and Earth. But, now we have an excellent solution to reduce or eliminate air pollution: adopting the rotary and ecological QT motor. Using this revolutionary motor will be a great preventive measure against catastrophes and losses in the present and in the future.

Le dimanche 14, à l'exposition de voitures anciennes de BOISBRIAND: dévoilement public de la QT-

600cc, alimentée en air par un compresseur VIPER-70 de COMAIRCO de LAVAL; MM. BASTIEN,

CHAPUT, CORMIER, A. DUCHESNE, J. RÉMILLARD, G. SAINT-HILAIRE et Léo-Maxime

BRUNSWIC (de France) ont collaboré.
