21 year old, ‘Aliyah Maria Bee’ is a public figure as well as a public ‘inspiration’ to young teens all around the world. She is currently a figure with 142,626 subscribers. Aliyah covers content like ‘story time’, makeup/hairstyles, trending challenges and life situations.

She began her channel 5th September, 2014 meaning she’s been creating video’s for over 3 years.

In terms of using Aliyah for my magazine, I feel she is a good subject to use for an article from how girls in London express themselves using makeup, using Aliyah as an ‘influence’. With the amount of followers on both Instagram and twitter and subscribers on YouTube, she is constantly looked at, influencing and changing people’s mind-sets and influence on different aspects of people life.

Jhus – Artist21 year old, Jhus is a grime artist originally from Stratford, London. He is known for his number 1 single debut, ‘Dem boy paigon’. Jhus (Momodou Jallow) currently has 159k followers on Instagram and a shocking 226k followers on twitter. Jhus has more of a male dominant audience due to the content he raps about which is related to by boys and men (gangs and violence) and raps about overcoming challenges.

I think using Hus as a subject in my magazine, it could attract boys who’re music oriented as well as girls. According to my research, Jhus modelled for the ASOS magazine, so in that criteria, I feel like he can be a good subject.
