Health and Well-Being – Internet Safety
Today we will look at how to be internet alert, checking it is for real. There are ? activities to complete.
How easily can you tell if something you see or read on the internet is fake or unreliable?That is a rhetorical question. I want you to think about the answer about maybe discuss with an adult if possible.
Pop-ups asking for passwords and personal information, weird photos or emails with strange addresses telling you that you have won a prize are all examples of fake or unreliable things you may see online.Activity 1Read through these 6 scenarios, and decide what you would do in these different situations.
Now have a look at the different responses you might have to the different scenarios.
