Declaration of Independence Student Creation Assignment The founding fathers of the United States felt that the British king was abusing his power over them. So they came together and wrote the declaration of independence from Britain, that’s ever changing the course of history in the colonies. Using the Declaration document to guide you, you were going to identify and declare your freedom from something that oppresses you, holding you back from living a free life. 1. Identify the five parts of your declaration. You will write your declaration in the same format as the original also you will need to know the four sections of the original document. 2. Call examples of how each section is express from the actual document. A. Original natural rights equal life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, use this but change the three rights reflect what you were trying to accomplish. Address the Audience: He teacher/they parents have created rules that prevent us from being able to effectively express our uniqueness and creativity it is an example of a grievance.
