1. The rate is quoted in USD/page of 350 words in original document. 10% VAT will be automatically added to the final invoice if such a Vietnamese financial invoice is required.
2. The rate is provided for English – Vietnamese translation. Rate for Vietnamese – English translation is 1 USD higher/1 page of the EN-VIE translation of the same category.
3. Rate for Excel Sheets and other type of documents will be applied after a preview of the actual document and/or negotiation.
4. Documents with graphics, charts, diagrams,… requiring conversion, reformat, and/or text box insertion for translation will be considered "as-in" condition.
5. Two (02) additional USD/page will be added to the emergency cases. Emergency is defined as a delivery of 8 page translation within 24 hours.
6. Editing is only applied for translated documents with few errors in style, content. Too problematic document will be requested to be re-translated.
7. The above quotation provides ranges for different types of documents. Please contact us to get the official quotation for your documents.
8. Clients with regular, non-urgent, and huge volume of documents requested could consider a whole package service or negotiate
9. Printing, notarization or additional requests by clients will be charged base on case by case principles.
10. All originals and translated version will be recorded as a data CD free of charge if requested.

11. All originals and translated version will be deleted after 10 working days since the official handover date of the work with clients' confirmation.
2) Service description
Clients are encouraged to take into account the type of document, level of specialized content of document as well as purposes of the document in order to select the most appropriate translation package and to ensure cost effectiveness. Our translation service is categorized into three levels as follow:
Level 1 – Basic Translation & Moderate formality
Type of documents suitable for this level are those that of moderate formality and without complex terminology or require basic knowledge of terminology in the field, but the level of effort needed to translate them is moderate. The translation conveys in a clear manner the central meaning of the original text and requires a fair effort for revision and proofreading.
Type of documents recommended for this level are working documents, documents with general content on various fields including development, business and social fields. Example: documents on socio-economic situation, general research or reports, certificate, degree, school records, invitation letter …
Translators at this level meet the minimum level of competence for professional translators and are typically but not necessary from 3 – 5 years in the job.
Level 2 - Complex, technical, and/or high governance profile
Type of documents suitable for this level is those that are either complex, technical or sophisticated translation in nature or those with higher quality expectation that requires careful revision and proofreading.
Type of documents recommended for this level are working documents requiring higher quality; technical/legal/financial documents; documents involving specialised contents; documents/presentations for conferences/negotiations, EOI, proposals, bidding documents..
Translators at this level are typically but not necessary from 5 – 10 years in the job.
Level 3 - complex, highly specialized and/or high profile
The translated text is both fluent and assimilated completely to the cultural context of the target language.
Type of documents recommended for this level are documents with premium quality expectation, documents that are ready for publication, documents with ‘sensitive’ content, annual reports of prominent organizations, speeches of leaders, etc.
Translators working with documents of this level are typically qualified translators with accreditation, typically but not necessary treasure more than 10 years of experience.

1. The rate is quoted in USD/8:00 – 17:00 working days. Half day is halved (morning: from 8:00 to 12:00, afternoon: from 13:00 – 17:00). Overtime and/or working in the evening, weekend, holiday… plus 150%.
2. 10% VAT will be automatically added to the final invoice if such a Vietnamese financial invoice is required.
3. The Simultaneous mode requires 2 interpreters at least per booth. Rate shall be doubled as a result. The above figure is applied for one interpreter
4. For missions outside the interpreter's location city, all fees for travelling, accommodation, meals, and per diem are covered by service user.
5. Stand-by and/or travelling day: 50% working fee6. Services cover business negotiation, tele-conference, IR meeting, IR road show, conference and
symposium (on-stage and booth), seminar, trade fair, interview, focus group, assistance for visitors, assistance in hospital visits, shopping, city tour trips...
7. Rate for ad-hoc cases and/or specialized, in-depth technical topics shall be negotiated. User is required to provide precise event information for right-person arrangements
8. Clients with regular use of services should consider a whole package service or obtain our contract staffing for more effective fees
9. Interpreter works with highest moral and professional standards and follows code of ethics. All information obtained during the working session is strictly confidential.
10. In case when the Client cancels a mission which was commissioned, a cancellation fee would be applied
2) Interpretation Levels
Language Aid: This represents a level of competence in interpreting for the purpose of general conversations. (tương đương Bậc 1-2 của NATTI)Types of events recommended for this level: B2B communications, field trips, trade shows/exhibitions, tour or business site visits on general topics in consecutive mode.

Level 1 (tương đương Bậc 3 của NATTI)This represents the minimum level of competence for professional interpreting in most settings, including banking, law, health, and social and community services. Professional Interpreters are capable of interpreting across a wide range of semi-specialised situations and are capable of using the consecutive mode to interpret speeches or presentations. Types of events recommended for this level: field trips, training courses, technical meeting groups, etc.
Level 2 (tương đương Bậc 4 của NATTI)
This represents the level of competence required to handle complex, technical and sophisticated interpreting, in both consecutive and simultaneous modes, in line with recognised international practice. Conference Interpreters operate in diverse situations, including at conferences, negotiations, and court proceedings and may choose to specialise in a particular area(s).
Types of events recommended for this level: business meetings, Mode field trips, training courses, technical meeting groups that require higher quality, general conferences.
Level 3 – Advanced Conference Interpreters (tương đương Bậc 5 của NATTI)This is the highest level of interpreting accreditation. It reflects a level of excellence in conference interpreting, recognised through demonstrated extensive experience and international leadership. It encompasses and builds on the competencies of Conference Interpreter accreditation.
Types of events recommended for this level: high-level meetings and event.(*) A higher rate for consecutive interpreting for high level meetings than normal meetings will be applied.

3) Types of Interpretation
Consecutive interpretation during negotiations and business meetings
The interpreter sits at the conference table along with the business delegates. The speaker pauses to let the interpreter translate what has been said in its entirety from the first person perspective so that the original message be rendered with maximum precision into the target language.
We recommend that you make your consecutive interpretation order 5-7 days in advance since time is needed to provide the most suitable consecutive interpreter for your negotiations or business meeting. The customer should provide the interpreter in advance with enough basic information about the topic of the negotiations so that latter can get prepared adequately for providing the service.
Simultaneous Interpretation at Official Events
The simultaneous interpretation is applied in case of big international events. The interpreter delivers the message almost simultaneously with the speaker with a delay of a couple of seconds. The interpretation is provided from a sound-proof booth by a team of two or three interpreters. Due to the high level of concentration required from the interpreters they rotate every 15-30 minutes. Interpretation is done using a special interpretation board, a microphone and earphones and the audience listens to the interpreter through receivers with earphones.
In addition to simultaneous interpretation for your event, we can also provide the respective equipment: booths, receivers, microphones, etc. The customer should provide the interpreters in advance with enough basic information, presentations and other materials about the event so that they can get adequately prepared for providing the service. We recommend that you make your simultaneous interpretation order 10-15 days in advance since time is needed to provide the most suitable simultaneous interpretation team for your event.
Participation in Fairs and Exhibitions
If your company intends to participate in an international fair or exhibition in Vietnam or abroad you will inevitably need professional translation or interpretation services to prepare your advertising materials, communicate with foreign customers at your stand, respond to inquiries, participate in business meetings, etc.
Accompaniment of Guests and during Business Trips Abroad
We offer accompaniment of your foreign guests or people in any similar situation that requires use of the Vietnamese language in Vietnam. An interpreter will accompany your guest during visits of tourist sites, shops, trade centers, authorities and institutions where one has to communicate informally.
Accompaniment is also suitable for business trips abroad when you may need assistance in communicating in the local language in informal situations. We recommend that you make your accompaniment interpretation order 10-15 days in advance (and in case of business trips abroad – 1 month) since time is needed to provide the most suitable interpreter for your case.
