Christ is Risen indeed! Please pray on this Resurrection Sunday that as Christ’s people we will live out the full reality of His resurrection and Kingdom in all areas of day-to-day life. Pray for the Convention Council, who will be meeting this week in Florenceville, as they seek to give leadership on behalf of our churches between annual assemblies. Please also pray for Mrs. Goldye Smith as she serves as Convention President. Prayer Requests: Eric Ross, Elizabeth Vardigans, Carla Hirtle, Vivian Rafuse, Gertrude Veinot, Margaret Spidle, Ryan Veinot, Edna Grimm, Iris Rafuse, Loran Demone, Barb Demone. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND COMING ACTIVITIES April 23 7 pm Choir practice at the Church April 26 Ladies Retreat - “Let Your Light Shine” at Chester Baptist Church. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and program 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. There will be special music, speakers, skits etc. Lunch will be provided. Free will offering Mark this date on your calendar. April 26 6 - 8 pm We are responsible for cooking the food and serving at the Firemen's Banquet in New Germany - I have all food promised except one coconut cream pie and would like a few more workers. April 27 3:30 pm New Cornwall Baptist Church will host a Gospel Concert featuring the group Southwind. Concert will commence at 3:30 with potluck supper to follow at 5:00. Proceeds of free will offering to go towards The Gideons

Convention Prayer requests for April 20: Christ is Risen! Christ is Risen indeed! Please pray on this Resurrection Sunday that as Christ’s people we will live out the full reality of His resurrection and Kingdom in all areas of day-to-day life.

Pray for the Convention Council, who will be meeting this week in Florenceville, as they seek to give leadership on behalf of our churches between annual assemblies. Please also pray for Mrs. Goldye Smith as she serves as Convention President.

April 30 9 am until closing There will be a fundraiser held at the Stretch Restaurant in Chester by the Home Hard Ware with 20% of sales going to Long Lake Camp.

April 30 7 pm An evening of Gospel Music presented by Phil Williams and The Sound of Men at Bridgewater Baptist Church - see full details on the bulletin board.

May 3 9 am registration, start time 9:30 - Spring Association at the Liverpool Baptist Church . Rev. Dr. Dan Green is the guest speaker.

May 3 6 pm "Welcome back" Museum pot luck supper at the hall - everyone welcome.

May 4 3 pm Jim and Kelli Veinot will be at the Barss Corner Church. Freewill offering, social following - everyone welcome.

May 9 Spring cleanup at Long Lake camp inside and out. Clean up debris around the grounds. Rain date Saturday May 10th. 9am start.
