Tenova Delkor’s Supply Chain team oversees the production and quality control of Tenova Delkor equipment and key components through their own workshops based in India, Bangalore (16,000m2, 9,000m2 covered), and China, Tanggu – Tianjin (11,000m2 covered workshops). Delkor Thickeners are a proven performer in a variety of different applications – including minerals, industrial, chemical, water treatment and waste water industries. Delkor BQR flotation cells are applied in mineral processing circuits globally for roughing, scavenging, cleaning and re-cleaning, unit and pilot cell applications to beneficiate mineral types such as base metals, platinum group metals, phosphates, iron ore, graphite slag and effluents.Cells feature an overhung stator, open inlet to the rotor, adjustable air flow rates with froth-cone settings and a launder external to the pulp zone to yield an excellent combination of process, operational and cost benefits.The Delkor BQR flotation cells range in size from 0.5m3 (BQR5) to 300m3 (BQR3000).

SCREENING
The Delkor Belt Linear Screen (DBLS) was developed, to solve a major problem in the CIP/CIL process - the effective removal of trash material from slurries. The DBLS achieves this by minimising the interaction of coarse particles with the screening surface to maximise the retention capability. The DBLS is capable of screening between 150 and 2000 microns, and is widely accepted by the mining industry for the removal of tramp material from fine mineral or chemical slurries.
