REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

Capital Area Transit Web Design, Web Site Implementation, and Website Hosting Services Project

The Cumberland-Dauphin-Harrisburg Transit Authority dba Capital Area Transit (CAT) is seeking

proposals for web design, web site implementation, and website hosting services.

Proposals (per instructions) will be received by the Cumberland-Dauphin-Harrisburg Transit Authority,

901 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, until:

Thursday January 5, 2017 (NO LATER THAN 12;00 P.M.)

Please mark the envelope in which proposals are submitted “CAT RFP #2017-001”.

All proposals shall be subject to all applicable state and federal laws, subject to approval of a financial

assistance contract between the Cumberland-Dauphin-Harrisburg Transit Authority and the U. S.

Department of Transportation, and in compliance with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity

laws and regulations.

This Authority solicits and encourages Disadvantaged Business Enterprises / Women Business Enterprise

subject to discrimination.

The Cumberland-Dauphin-Harrisburg Transit Authority reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject

any and all proposals, or to waive any and all informalities, as it deems in its best interest. Any person on

the list of ineligible contractors for federally assisted projects is not an eligible proposer.
