I strive to gain as much knowledge about products or services as possible. I gain the knowledge in multiple different ways including MyCSP, manufacturer’s websites and also through peers. My skills and knowledge make an important contribution to achieving team results since I have worked directly with the customer regarding products and services. My teammates trusted my ideas and opinions because of in-depth knowledge and experience.

I can always be counted on to follow through on commitments. I willingly goes above and beyond what needs to be done. I am always energized and excited to take on challenging goals for which he/she is held personally accountable. Also if I can find additional work that needs to be completed, I will jump in and complete the project without instruction.

I have the ability to anticipate and respond quickly to problems since I worked in escalated situations. I was trusted by others to use good judgment when making decisions and resolve customers issues. I am able to spot new trends, potential problems, and opportunities early since I am a consumer myself that uses the products and services AT&T offers.

I will engage my supervisor Mr. Luis Salvador and ask for any feedback that he could offer me during our 1on 1’s.

This will occur weekly, on Thursdays.This will ensure I am meeting all targets and can improve in areas if needed

Checked with other teammates to ensure properly filing defects and that they were seeing the same issue. Reach out to data team to ensure data is set up properly before filing defect.

Reached out daily to developer that was assigned my defects to ensure ETA and status. Made sure that all data provided was working for them and if not provided new data. Reached out and verified with other teammates that the issue I was seeing was a defect and not an issue with environment, data or my computer.
