    11. Teaching-learning strategyTeaching and learning will be via lecture, tutorial, collaborative learning and groupdiscussion. Students will also be required to do their own self-study and research forcertain topics and assignments.

    Assessment strategy:Students will be assessed using tests; writing business letters, proposals, memos, e-mails & faxes; handling and conducting meetings as well as documentations ofmeetings; and job hunting skills (writing resumes, apllication letters and going for jobinterviews). Peer evaluation will also be a part of the assessment for a team work.

    12. SynopsisThis module covers the important aspects of workplace communication. Students willfirst be introduced to business correspondence which covers several importantworkplace communication tasks like writing business letters, proposals, memos, e-mails& faxes. This module will also expose students to effective meeting skills, and also job

    hunting skills.
