Hello boys and girls…▪ Can you think of any words that remind you of the kind of weather we get
in summer?
▪ What do you like most about the summer?
▪ Is it your favourite season? Why?
▪ What do we do in the summer?
Here are some words we might use when we talk about summer:▪ Sunny

When it is warm we can play outside.
We can go to the park.
We can go to the beach.
I play on the swings.

I go for a walk with my family.

I wear a t-shirt and shorts.
I wear a dress.
I wear a hat.
Add your own colour to these drawings of summer by the sea.
Instructions: Print. Colour. Repeat. If you cannot print, don’t worry… pick one or two and try to draw them yourself!

If you do not have a printer, do not worry. All of the worksheets that I have included can be done into a copy or a sheet of paper.
For the colouring activities, your child can choose a few pictures to draw themselves if they would like.
This work is completely optional so do not feelunder pressure to complete it all.
