About UsTursa Employment & Training is a non-government, not-for-profit organisation founded in 1994 for the express purpose of addressing unemployment. Providing employment services, including training for our clients, is our only business activity.

Post Placement Support TURSA is committed to building your business by assisting to reduce staff turnover. Our Business Liaison Teams and Disability Employment Advocates provide ongoing support to your business after an employee has commenced employment. During this period, TURSA may be able to provide:

● Additional training ● Workplace modifications ● Position specific personal protection equipment ● Employees with access to transport ● Role specific tickets and Licenses.

Training As a Registered Training Organisation, TURSA offers nationally recognised qualifications in Business, Retail and Hospitality. We are happy to discuss the specialised training options available to assist in upskilling your employees.

We can organise relevant pre-employment training for all potential employees, such as necessary WHS cards and First Aid Certificates, at low or no cost.
