Job Description - Front End Developer
Salesfire is a two year old Software as a Service company focusing on tools to help online businesses improve their conversion rate and maximise sales. Over this period we have grown to a team of 9 people and we are looking to expand further throughout 2018.
As we continue to grow our team to help us improve and develop our product offering we are seeking a talented JavaScript Developer with strong design sensibilities and a desire to create interfaces that are a pleasure to use while maintaining a clean and pragmatic codebase.
Job Description - Front End Developer
Responsibilities
• Build new features into the Salesfire marketing website and customer dashboard• Use the latest front-end technologies such as Vue, SSR and ES2015+ to keep our product up-to-date• Practice disciplined software engineering (e.g. code reviews, writing clean and pragmatic code)• Contribute to the front end coding standards• Work alongside our design team to produce fast and easy-to-use interfaces• Keep up to date with the newest technologies
Qualifications/Experience• Strong JavaScript development skills, understanding of new ES2015+ concepts, and proficiency in Vue or other modern JS frameworks• Experience developing large-scale application software• Have full knowledge of the DOM, new HTML5 constructs, and CSS3• Have experience with Single Page Application development• Develop features and create fulfilling user experiences• A strong understanding of, and practical experience with, web application development• A sincere commitment to crafting readable and reliable code• An eye for detail and pixel perfection
