That’s why our no.1 priority is finding, assessing and training the best people with the right skills and attitude to fit seamlessly into your team and make your customers happy. Arc has a thorough recruitment process: an online application, a phone interview, psychometric testing, a group assessment session and practical skills training. All staff complete this. No exceptions. We make sure our people can hit the ground running. Before an event all staff are briefed on the client, venue and what’s expected, so your Arc team arrives fully prepped and ready for action. On the day, we provide hands-on support to make sure your event gets off to the best start. Your Arc team will be accompanied by an experienced Arc rep who’ll be on-site to meet you, check-in your team and allocate them to the right roles.

Each client gets a dedicated account manager, giving you a consistent point of contact who knows your venue and understands what you want. We’re flexible. Whether you prefer to book staff over email, in person or over the phone, we work the way you want to work. Our dedicated payroll team means we deal with timesheets, invoices and pay queries quickly and accurately, allowing you to complete post event admin with minimal hassle. And we’re open seven days a week, 365 days a year, so there’s always someone on-hand to help!
