What is there to do? The reason why people love villa holidays so much and return year after year is FREEDOM. With your very own villa and private pool you are free to do whatever you like. You can spend two weeks not leaving your villa or you can use it as a base to explore the destination. You can choose to whip up a great meal on your own BBQ or you can visit the variety of restaurants on-offer in each resort. The choice is yours. We’re sure you’ll have a great time no matter what you choose.
What’s included? Our villas have more free added extras than any other UK villa tour operator (see pages 6-11). Inside the villa you will find everything you need for a comfortable holiday including all bedding and towels (beach towels provided in some villas) as well as a well-equipped kitchen. Our villas
are all within a short walk or quick drive to a supermarket where you’ll be able to buy all the food, drink and provisions that your party need. Each villa comes with a detailed manual which provides plenty of information about the villa and resort. Outside of the villa you’ll find your very own private pool, often heated at no extra cost.
Who do I speak with in-resort? So many people love the freedom and independence that a villa holiday affords, but if you are used to staying in a hotel with a reception desk we understand that you may be wondering what happens should anything unexpected happen? In each of our resorts we have a team of friendly, bi-lingual and experienced staff who are on hand to help you. You can find more details in the ‘In-Resort Staff’ section on pages 12-13.

Stay connected in the vast majority of our villas with free WiFi. Perfect for keeping up with what’s going on at home and uploading your brilliant snaps to social media.
Pool Heating*
At most of our villas, there is free pool heating which increases the pool temperature by 3-5 degrees from September to the end of June. So you can jump in the pool the minute you arrive at your villa.
CD & DVD PlayerThe CD player is ideal if you want to play some tunes before getting ready for dinner. A selection of DVDs are avilable on request, great if you want some entertainment out of the sun.
Air Conditioning/Heating*
In over 99% of our villas air conditioning is included at no extra charge. These air conditioning units provide nice, cool bedrooms for you to enjoy a comfortable evening sleep.
Pool TablePerfect your pool game and trick-shots with your very own, full-size pool table. This is a great way for the family to spend hours of the holiday together.

So everyone can enjoy their holiday Our villas with gated pools are ideal for families holidaying with toddlers or young children. On request and at an additional cost, at selected villas we will provide removable pool fences designed to help prevent a toddler from wandering into the pool area. We do everything we can to ensure that your family holiday is as enjoyable, relaxing and safe as possible. All you need to worry about is what drink to have by the pool…
All of our villas come with a host of free added extras, but there are some villas where you can request a removable pool fence and some which have their very own tennis court! Not to mention the benefits of WiFi and air-conditioning in over 99% of our villas.

Stunning sea views, great food and relaxing is what Corfu is all about!If you want a villa in a traditional village in a magnificent setting, Kassiopi, with its attractive, horseshoe shaped harbour bobbing with colourful fishing boats might be the place for you. It was originally a Roman settlement, and nestles beneath Mount Pantokrator surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and orchards of oranges and lemons. Or there’s the small fishing village of Agios Stefanos offering one of the best beaches in Corfu and a collection of waterside tavernas.

The island of Menorca is just 21 miles across the sea from Majorca but is very different in style and character. Menorca is quieter, more relaxed, more low-key, less commercialised, and comes in two halves. Q. Can you amend the changeover day? A. Each villa has a fixed check in day and these cannot be changed. The check in days depend on the villa and destination.
Q. Can you do a 10 day holiday? A. 10 day holidays are not currently available on our website, however, you can send an email through to [email protected] and we can help to see what is available and send a price to you.
Q Can we arrange a late check-out / check-in? A. Our check-out & check-in times are fixed. Our in-resort team may be able to advise of a location to store your luggage.
Q. What is in the Starter Pack? A. The Starter Pack typically contains items such as bread, water, wine, juice, UHT milk, pasta and pasta sauce, teabags, coffee, sugar, matches, washing up liquid and sponge, bin
bags and dishwasher tablets. There may be regional variations.
Q. How can I manage my booking? A. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding your holiday. As with most airlines you can check-in online and add pre booked seats - instructions are detailed on your confirmation invoice.
Q. Can I book a villa over the phone? A. Bookings are completed online but if you need assistance you can contact us by using our Live Chat or calling us on 01727 836686.
Q. What is the child age? A. A child is 2-11 years old.
Q. Where does the extra person sleep? A. For the extra person staying we put a Z-bed into the villa which is suitable for a child.
Q. Can I hold a villa off sale for a while? A. Sadly, we are unable to hold a villa off sale as our website is live.
