What’s in it for the Students?

It takes a special kind of student to thrive

in online education—one who can work

independently, possesses good time-

management skills, and is highly motivated

to achieve.

Although NUVHS courses are challenging,

students tend to excel because they are

learning the material at their own pace,

and receive personalized attention from

instructors. If a student enrolled in NUVHS-

taught courses is struggling, instructors will

intervene to provide necessary support.

In conjunction with National University (NU),

students enrolled in NUVHS-taught courses have

access to:

for parents and students

NU Library—one of the largest online libraries

in the U.S.

NU Writing Center—offers help with drafting,

revising, and organizing written work
