History - Tradition
Vogel & Noot was founded in Wartberg/Mürztal Austria. Working up of steel
and iron determinded the development of Vogel & Noot.
For the development of the three branches agricultural – heat technology –
packaging technology, there was the necessity to develop the competence in
Wartberg to design and produce tools, jigs and fixtures for various applications.
Vogel & Noot expands massively by founding several subsidiaries in Austria,
Germany, Poland, Russia, Slovakia and Hungary.
Vogel & Noot Technologie is sold out of the Vogel & Noot Holding and
becomes a new company and gets the actual owner structure with the goal to
continue the positive growth.
Vogel & Noot Technologie gets a deep restructuring adapted to the actual
market conditions in order to offer best price performance ratio under
adherence of quality standards.
