To ensure proper handling of your inserts, please include the publica-tion name on all insert labels:

• Please include the insert quantity on the shipping labels.
• Please include the number of skids &/or boxes in the shipment. Example: Skid 1 of 2, Skid 2 of 2 OR Box 1 of 2, Box 2 of 2 etc.
• If possible, please include a representa-tive name and/or contact number to be used in the event of errors such as par-tial shipments, printing errors, etc.
• Inserts should be delivered here 7 cal-endar days before the date of insertion.
• We prefer inserts to be boxed or bun-dled. However, they can be loose on a skid and wrapped.
