Conference Registration Procedures

1. All registration for the 42nd Western Area Conference will take place at the Links Registration Booths located in the West Lobby of the Sacramento Convention Center. Please observe the signage to determine your booth.

2. A Link may pick up her registration packet and conference bag for herself and her Connecting Link. She may also pick up her mother’s registration materials, but she must have her printed receipt or confirmation number.

3. Any changes that need to be made to a conference badge must be made at the Information/Resolution Desk.

4. Persons with unresolved registration problems should report to the Information/Resolutions Booth located near the registration area.

5. Each Link will need to complete the Emergency Information Form on the back of her conference badge.
