We have 30 current full-time employees who started out as interns; we promote diversity — 94 of our professionals speak more than one language and 25 speak more than two; we

tend an onsite vegetable garden; we have won 650+ awards in design, planning, and marketing; we support alternative transportation — 40+ professionals get to work via bike;

we create prototypes and models onsite in our FabLab using our laser cutter, CNC router, and 3D printers; we host movie nights on a giant inflatable movie screen; we provide

regular opportunities for professional development, including weekly lunch and

learns; we engage in pop-up guerrilla community campaigns; we

have projects on 300+ campuses worldwide; we built a hot pink chicken

coop in our backyard.
