Guiding them through our in house interview process to understand their background and requirements. !What's next?; pin point and approach new companies on their behalf and successfully open a pathway for the candidates to navigate their career journey to a new role and for you a client placement. !Promotion DONE!

To do all this we have a dedicated full time Training & Development Manager who is on hand to mentor you to a speedy career trajectory! !WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? !Recruitment is a career where you get out what you put in, so it is vital for you to be passionate about what you do, be driven by success to over deliver set targets and be commercially astute to successfully build your own desk of business.
