Care Nurse, was extremely conscientious in her duties and also exhibited genuineoncern for my husband’s well-being.

Emily Bleuel, Social Services Coordinator, did a great job and was alwaysvailable to answer our questions and made us feel that my husband was in good

hands.

Te nurse aides were also excellent in the performance of their duties. One nurse aide in particular, Essie Francisco, went above and beyond induties. She had a smile on her face every day and was an extremely encouraging individual in helping her patients on the road to recovery. It aleemed like she knew what my husband needed before he did.

genuinely enjoy caring for others.”

Words of AppreciationHH - Beltsville, Md.

“Te team at HH - Beltsville, Md. served our father so very well

from the moment they arrived, and have continued to support

our entire family throughout his departure and beyond. I can’t

begin to explain the value of this service. Each and every person,

from the social work team, to the visiting nurses, as well as those

who delivered, set up and took down health care equipment and

supplies to and from the house, the veteran’s ceremony members,

the home health aide referrals, the esteemed and understanding

chaplain. Tis group of uncommonly caring people is held in

very high regard in our hearts and minds. Tank you kindly

 for everything!”

In a complimentary letter, the granddaughter of a patientthanked the team at MC - Willoughby, Ohio “for thecompassionate care provided to our granny.”

“The decision to place a family member in a nursing/rehabilitation facility is an incredibly difficult decision tomake. Our family struggled in making the decision to placemy grandmother; however, each step of the way your staffmade the decision less painful and educated us on the process.

“Night one met us with many challenges as we struggled toleave granny. But we were patiently reassured that she wouldbe in good hands and they would take care of our granny.

We tearfully left. Each day thereafter, we were welcomed by astaff of caring, dedicated and professional physicians, nurses, therapists, aides and housekeeping staff.

“Everyone we encountered treated my grandmother with dignity and respected the wishes of our family. The staff listened, offeredconstructive suggestions and exhibited great patience. Anyone can show up to do a job for a paycheck, but true compassion comesfrom a heart of people who genuinely enjoy caring for others. We appreciated the quality of care provided by the MC - Willoughbyteam.

“Please extend our thanks to your staff for their caring approach to rehabilitation.”
