hub by Premier Inn is the new urban hotel where location matters and size doesn’t, with cleverly crafted rooms and new technology to keep you connected. hub hotels are a distinctively different brand of hotel to Premier Inn and a separate master hotel listing is attached, it is importantthat this is fully used to describe the product clearly. In addition, it is vital that all 5 photos are displayed in the hotel build.

From a technical perspective bookings are made via the same Direct Connect API as Premier Inn however there are some areas to consider:

• Maximum occupancy is two adults per room in a double bed (no extra beds are available)

• Breakfast is a ‘hub breakfast’ using breakfast code 18 in the CNP and upsell sections of the API.

• Flexible room only rate returns as normal

• hub flexible BB is accessed using the cell code HUBFB

• Saver room only rate is accessed using the cell code DCSAL

• hub Saver BB is accessed using the cell code HUBSB

• DBB rates are not available at hub but F&B allowances are

• Only card payments are accepted

• Unlike other channels hub is not pre pay via Direct Connect – payment

is on arrival unless central payment has been authorised
